What a find - Braywood House is a lovely building (formerly the town gaol and then a borstal)! Our room was designed on a nautical theme and the owners could not have been more helpful. Prices are extremely reasonable and the B & B is situated just a few minutes' walk from the town centre. I would recommend you go...

Greeted on arrival by Auberon - the proprietor and owner. He advised that I had been upgraded. Always a nice thing to hear after a long drive. The rooms are spacious and clean. Each room has a fridge which is a nice addition. The in room healthy option breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options - tea, coffee, milk, juice,...

It was quite late for writing the review for this property, we have stayed last year in this beautiful property, We spent around 6 months at this delightful b&b, we arrived reasonably late at night but we were still greeted with a smile by hosts Suzi and Auberon were lovely and friendly and very sympathetic people. .... Braywood House is a beaufiful place, full of history & friendly faces. The rooms are themed and spacious and kept immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble & to be honest you won't want to leave!!. Highly recommended! !

I came here to attend business meetings and stayed here around 2 months , hosts Suzi and Auberon were lovely and friendly and very sympathetic people. My room was on the ground floor, it is big Room, very clean with comfortable bed, good TVs, Bath and Shower in the bathroom, pressed bedclothes and towels and the breakfast was very good,...

Located very conveniently to the town centre , literally 5 mins walk, the hotel is excellent value . Set in its own grounds, it has modern decor, clean rooms and all conveniences. My room was in an annexe accessed via a courtyard. Complete with own garden (shared with another room in th annexe) it is almost like renting a cottage....

We stayed at braywood in the cottage with my daughter and her partner and dad for my sons wedding. I have to say we had everything we needed and Suzi and Auberon were very friendly and helpfull. They provided us with the means to cook ourselves a breakfast and then cooked it for us anyway on the Saturday morning. I...

Stayed one night at a cost of £80. Was advised continental breakfast on booking. Jam,toast laughing cow triangles in the room is NOT Continental breakfast. My first and last experience in a BnB. Poor.

You know what, I am really bored of staying in the same mass produced hotels that you get with the same rooms every single time. Mentioning no names, "Premier Inn" "Travelodge". I had to visit my Head Office which in Huntingdon and after a four hour drive from Weymouth I was looking forward to settling down in a comfortable room...

We stayed at Braywood for a surprise Birthday party, the owners are very friendly, the room and bathroom was very clean, and we had a great nights sleep, the fully stocked fridge for breakfast was great, we WILL stay again.
