Beautifully styled, fresh, light and traditional. Perfect location and very cosy family run personable place to stay. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room is gorgeous. The owners were very accommodating to any specific needs. Lovely pictures dotted around the place adding interest and places of interest books in the room were very helpful. Subtle sheep theme which was really...

I stayed in the single room for a quick stopover and was very impressed. Both the room and the lodge in general were very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast delicious. The hosts gave a warm welcome and I won't hesitate to return.

Excellent B & B within walking distance of the town. A group of eight of us stayed here for the May bank holiday weekend and we were made very welcome by Daniel and Emma. All the bedrooms were lovely, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of menu. A bonus was car parking at the rear...

Dalesgate Lodge is a real find. It has recently been renovated. The spotlessly clean rooms have a wonderful 'boutique' feel. The locally sourced breakfast fayre was first class. I will definitely be returning.

We only stayed for one night but this is a lovely property. We stayed in a lovely room which had obviously been recently renovated to a high standard. The breakfast in the morning was prepared with quality ingredients, cooked superbly and very well presented too. Its very close to the town centre, so ideal for a short break in Skipton...

Me and my partner stayed 2 nights in March, we had a very warm welcome from Emma and Dan. The room was warm, light and and airey with en-suite. The whole guesthouse was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was great, fruit juices, choice and cereal and choice of cooked breakfasts. About 5 minutes walk into town centre, and close to all main...

Our first visit after the change of ownership, whilst we missed Mel and Christine, we were welcomed warmly by Daniel, despite arriving much earlier than planned AND with work being carried out on the internal fabric of the Lodge. Outside to the rear is a small 3 (or four small) car parking space which is reached by a cobbled and...

Me and my husband stayed for one night at Dalesgate and was really pleased we chose this guest house. We was upgraded to the newly decorated room which was light and airy and well decorated. The bed was comfy and the room had all you needed with a nice touch with the fresh milk. The location was perfect for walking...
