This hotel isn't the most modern hotel but the menu and restaurant and bar area are nice. The staff are friendly and polite. The food is not fussy at a good price. It serves big portions and served fast.

Went here for tea after a Sunday drive the hotel was busy ,first impression was lots of cigarette butts round the front door, inside the hotel was a little bit run down could do with a lick of paint in places. The staff very good and the meals were very tasty with good portions. I found the decor let it...

Group of 17 went for Easter Sunday lunch, most of us regulars. Queues for carvery were halfway round the dining room for the duration of our meal. Two vegetarian meals were tiny portions and served cold, they offered to reheat, but I don't like rice going cold and reheated. One of our number had a complaint about their dessert which...

A very sad day for us all but the Bannville House hotel made it such a pleasure to be there after the funeral. We ordered buffet food and without a doubt it was the best we have all tasted. The selection of food was unbelievable. I have a few family members who is hard to please with food and when...

From the day i went to see about availabilty Carol looked after me so well, allowing me to use the main function room for the ceremony and meals due to the large number that i had. Had lunch in this hotel on Sunday. Food was excellent and staff extremely helpful and friendly. All our family really enjoyed the food I.e. Starters, main course and sweets. Even sorting out fussy kids was not a problem. Will definitely be back

We spent the weekend in Bannville house and enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent value for money. although a little old fashioned it wouldn't put me off returning, nice and peaceful and very close to Banbridge city centre and just 20 minutes drive to newry.
