What an amazing Guest House, so homely and comfortable. Very classy décor and every last detail thought of, I was really impressed. Staff so friendly and welcoming & the breakfast was beautiful. Cooked freshly and presented like you were in a top class restaurant. I will definitely be back and would recommend it highly. Caroline Moran, Limerick

A really nice place to stay close to Portadown. We requested a room with a bath which was provided without any quibble. The continental breakfast was great with a nice variety of food, tea, coffee and juices. An optional hot breakfast can be ordered. The service was friendly and professional.Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My partner and I were moving house and needed somewhere to stay for one night locally. We found this and what a find it was. The lady was so helpful when we phoned and even though we were arriving after 10 she was so accommodating for us. We walked in and were astounded with the place it was absolutely beautiful...

Although I am originally not too far from the Birches Guest Lodge, my husband and I returned home for a quick holiday and not wanting to impose on friends or family, we decided to stay for two nights. The room was immaculately presented and the bathroom was very modern and spacious. Since it was late November, the place was decorated...

Mary and the staff bent over backwards to cater for our family group of 8. Not my first stay so I already rated highly but not at all surprised that ALL our group loved the place. (scratching my head at the negative reviews - nonsense). Top class establishment

This is simply a fantastic place to stay. We had no trouble finding the Birches even though it is in a rural location. Our room was very spacious with an enormous, extremely modern bathroom which was spotlessly clean and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in...

The room was very clean and comfortable. the accommodation is advertised on the website as a hotel but it is a B&B with no bar or restaurant. They advertise free breakfast but they asked us to pay for the breakfast in cash before we left

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely guest house in Portadown while friends of ours were visiting family in the area. The place has plenty of parking, extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms were very comfortable with a great shower. Wifi works very good everywhere including the bedrooms. The breakfast was made to order and everything was delicious. There was...

This is a beautifully furnished and well-kept guest house. Though a bit 'out of the way', it is near the M1, which made it very convenient for getting to Belfast the next day. Arriving after 8 pm, our host, Mary, made sure we got a good meal in a restaurant in nearby Portadown. The continental breakfast (included in the basic...

“Although the lodge is alongside the motorway, it's so quiet and peaceful set in lovely grounds with lovely countryside.. We were in Room 7 with patio doors leading to a beautiful garden area overlooking countryside. Do not be put off by the Motorway you will not know its there.”
