Very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definately stay here again especially because of ALL the staff. They were genuine and not afraid to have a chat which was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble which meant a lot. Would certainly recommend it.

We decided to use the Kings Court for a Christening reception. The venue was excellent and enabled us to opt for Sunday lunch served in our own private dining room. Staff were attentive and helped with numerous small preparations of the room in advance of the day. This really made the difference and meant that the room, venue and service...

Hotel looked OK on surface - receptionist fairly friendly - room big. Bathroom looked ok on first glance but then runner on shower screen - never been cleaned, limescale and dirt in grouting could be removed with thumbnail, extractor fan full of dust and hair, towel rail had thick layer of dust and the amount of black mould on bath...

Stayed here with my husband and labrador dog from 24th decemeber 2016. Perfect location. The most professional and friendly staff, we have come across when stayed in hotels. All staff from domestics to management are a credit to the place. Very dog friendy. Superb food in pub attached. Large grassed area for exercising dogs at the back of hotel. Highly...

Very nice hotel near Alcester. Was very happy with my stay at this hotel, I didn't realize it has so many rooms. This is not a cozy country hotel by any means, this is more like a motorway service hotel, which is not a complaint, just letting everyone know what to expect. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with...

Stayed here for one night when in the area on business. Room was spacious and clean with a decent size bed. Bathroom was OK but the shower was over the bath and I prefer walk-in showers. Had some food in the bar which was OK and the breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Made the mistake of not...

Location was great, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent. However, my room was pretty awful - one of the outside rooms around a small patch of grass. My room was cold - despite the paltry heater being set high, there was a dirty great cobweb on the ceiling, general cleanliness was about average. I'd go back if I could be...

We hired 2 rooms for 4 people. My wife and I were in 53 which was an excellent room. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We never heard a sound all night, Our friends were in room 54. This room was very small for a double room. You could only enter one person at a time as the...

Started with champagne welcome and good staff and service. But food only average for £60 per person. The let down was the music which was mainly 1970 and 80,s such as abba and hi ho silver etc. The dj ignored requests for any music in the last 10 years. We felt too young for this event and we are over...
