Saw the signpost for The Dove and gave it a try. Very glad we did. The pub is nice and warm with a choice of seating - we could have sat outside as it was mild, but sat in the conservatory area in the sun. It became quite busy which surprised us on a Monday lunchtime (speaks volumes about the...

I recently stayed at the dove inn for business. Had a great stay, the rooms are well equipped with sky tv. The restaurant was excellent, the food was wonderful and the staff are first class. Will be visiting again. 😊

I stay away with work alot so seem to find myself staying in hotels from time to time. I was warned that Warminster, as a garrison town, can be a little "hit and miss" from a hotel point of view so looked elsewhere. Bath, lovely though it is, is a good 30 miles to the north, Salisbury also being a...

Really great Sunday lunch! Very friendly staff, who made easily managed with what seemed to be a very busy service! We had a large group and all the food came out perfect with no one having to wait! There was nothing on the menu I wouldn't recommend as between us we tried a lot! But in particular the rib eye...

A visit on New Years day to a restaurant or pub tends to result in expectations not met, but at the Dove for lunch on 2017's first day of the year both food and service as well as atmosphere were all excellent. No shortened menu here as you might expect but a full normal offering as well as a good...

A busy country pub with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. It serves very good food for lunch at reasonable prices, has a good wine list, good beer in sometimes noisy but congenial surroundings, and I suspect is just as good for dinner; probably best to book. I imagine quite happy to take children as well, and dogs appeared to be...

This is a really nice place to eat, drink and sleep. Staff are really friendly, nice roaring fire in the winter, accommodation clean, warm and comfortable. Food really tasty. If staying at the weekend you will need to book a reservation as the tables get booked really quickly. Sunday Roast is a must

Four of us went for a meal after it was recommended. We all said it was one of the worst meals we had experienced! The menu sounded lovely but obviously too ambitious for the chef that evening. He even ruined fish and chips!. Sorry but none of us will be making a second visit!
