I booked the 2 bedroom cottage for a family get together and a room in the B&B for other friends. It was a very quiet evening, except for us partying! The accommodation was warm and inviting and the beds comfortable. A grand place for a family giving self catering in the cottage and a great breakfast in the B&B. The...

Beautifully clean, well presented cottage. Owners could not have been more accommodating, even going out to try and find some of our party who were lost. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely loved all the animals wandering around the court yard. Had a fantastic stay, thank you.

Just stayed here for 1 night. I booked a room for myself and my parents as we were visiting Bakewell nearby. When we arrived we were welcomed by 2 sheep wandering the courtyard and later on we were able to see a horse walk by with a little shetland pony trot after it! this place is quaint and lovely for...

Many thanks for taking the time to write such a glowing review. We really enjoy meeting guests and can only hope we can somehow add to their stay without being too intrusive. The animals are pretty free range and dont always respect the fences or gates which includes Billy the ram who is padlocked in to the field as he...

O.K, if you have read any previous reviews on this B&B, you won't get any surprises from this one. Lets start at the beginning.. You might need a Sat Nav to help you find this little gem of a B&B, since it is off the beaten track. Elton and Youlgreave are the nearest hamlets, with Youlgreave (also known as Youlgrave)...

What a beautiful cosy retreat away from it all. We only stayed the one night but the welcome was superb and the hosts are exceptional. Completely chilled out... Takes a bit of finding but that added to the charm!
