best beef and stilton pie we have ever had absolutley sublime, chips and gravy where outstanding to ....what a hidden little gem this pub is definitely worth a visit .good selection of beers roaring fire lovely friendly staff

We didn't get food this time but will be returning, it is dog-friendly and we saw a few there sitting in the restaurant while owners ate, food looks good value and good quality. Has car park across the road from the pub.
