My wife and I came to Crossmaglen to see where her grandmother grew up. My wife did not have a lot of expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed two nights at Aidan Murtagh's B&B. The room was great, and in particular it was spotless. But what made the visit outstanding was Aidan. We were on a family history tour, and had made arrangements to meet several residents. But we were having problems with our US mobile devices. So we stopped for the afternoon to visit family that lives in crossmaglen ,this is a lovely town were my Grandfather grew up before he came to Cleveland ohio. We stopped at Murtagh"s to have a pint after visiting our family farm and on our way to Belfast. Well Aidan took care of us and we had a great time...

I have stayed in Murtagh's b&b a lot of times over the course of a year as my boyfriend lives nearby. I loved staying here with Aidan and his Mammy, Aidan was the perfect host,cant recomment this highly enough,rooms lovely and clean,breakfast amazing,great value for money,Aidan was very informative about the history of Crossmaglen and surrounding areas dont go anywhere...

We enjoyed our stay at Murtagh's B&B and Crossmaglen. The room was very comfortable indeed. The Breakfast was fantastic. Thanks! The people in the town were very friendly. Our only problem was we didn't stay long enough.

We visited Crossmaglen to visit good friends who arranged our accommodation with Aiden beforehand. When we arrived at the B&B we received a warm welcome & were told we could have breakfast in the mornings when we were ready, in order to sleep in, take it easy etc. The rooms were very comfortable & met all our expectations & more....

The real IRELAND proud people and great people.Aiden gives u all the history of the area,people make u welcome .Easy access to area and other local towns plenty to do and places to go.History of the area is amazing and the country side is second to none any place in the world.All the best AIDEN hope to see u soon...
