Koedoeskloof is a hidden gem in the little Karoo. I've stayed there several times - the last on old years eve 2016. The facilities are not only comfortable but inspiring!! The decor suits the character of Debra and Eugene - fun, warm and intriguing!!! Although it was a group and we braaied, I know Eugene make burgers with game meat...

This was the first time we stayed at Koedoeskloof Country Lodge and it will be the automatic choice in the future. Both Eugene and Debi are fantastic hosts guaranteed to make your stay a memorable one. The lodge is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and the setting lends itself to a completely relaxing experience. Eugene's burgers are not just burgers; they...

Firstly the hosts, no words to describe the hospitality they showed. The food was absolutely divine (hamburgers of note). We were 4 guys on a motorcycle roadtrip. Will definitely go back if ever I find myself that side of the world. The views are stunning and the the decor is amazing.

We stayed for the second time at Koedoeskloof and we'll come back. It is very quiet and peacful there. Debbie and Eugene are very lovely host. They explain where you have to drive next to really nice places. And we love the burgers. See you soon again

Great place, great food and superb hosts. This lodge is set in idyllic surroundings just a few hundred metres off route 62 on a gravel road. Eugene was very helpful and gave us some great info on the gravel roads in the area which were much more interesting than doing a straight run on Route 62 to Outdshoorn. It was...

It's not often that I rave about a place but we were truly amazed at this lodge. There is some simplistic beauty about the lodge that has been converted with good design and high quality finishes. The rooms are very comfortable and the bar / restaurant are has a good view of the surrounding Swartberge. The homemade burgers are scrumptious...

Drive about 9 km out of Ladismit towards Robertson...what a surprise! We found a place with a soul...beautifully renovated. Debbie and Eugene are superb hosts. The music played was distinctly 60's. Bikers and non-bikers...a lovely over nigh stay.

I planned a 10 day trip to Namaqualand for 3 couples. Koedoeskloof was my 1st night. We arrived at the gate on our bikes, were greeted by name, and made to feel very welcome. Our rooms were really lovely. Debs and Eugene are gentle and very hospitable. Our meal that night was a great moment as we launched our trip....

Friendly owners, great service, and super accommodation. The surroundings are gorgeous and you will have millions of things to see and do around it. Can really recommend the kudu burger at the Dwarsbar, and the delicious plate of local delicacies specially prepared by Debi. Would stay there another milion times!
