Found this place after taking a wrong turn and we are truly grateful for that. Very nice room and a hearty breakfast in the most beautiful environment. The B&B is almost on the beach. Thanks, Patrick, for the nice travelling tips for county Kerry and the astonishing sneek peak of the beautiful movie "The uncontrollable laughter of the sea".

The location of this place could not be better. There is the most beautiful beach just right outside the b&b. We went for an evening walk and a walk just before a delicious and lovely cooked fry up. The owner has the most interesting sons and it was a pleasure to spend the night there.

Stayed here recently, very pleasant experience, the room was warm and clean, plenty of towels and an excellent shower. Cooked breakfast was really good quality. The sea views from the bedroom and dining area are spectacular. The O'Neill family are very welcoming and helpful, dad Don is a really pleasant and interesting man. It's possible to cook in the kitchen...

Just as good as last time we stayed. Clean comfortable spacious room with gorgeous views. Lovely traditional Irish breakfast with a plentiful supply of toast and coffee. Blame it on the weak pound but staying in Ireland is expensive now. However if you have to go then you could do much worse than stay here. Lovely hosts, father and son...

This is the first time staying in a B and B ever and I have to say it was an outstandingly good experience. The rooms, breakfast and hosts were faultless. We had a very spacious room, with the most breathtaking direct sea view. There was a cosy seating area in the bedroom, which meant that we could watch the sun...

Couldn't say enough about our 2 night stay here. Spacious, clean, warm welcome and don't start me on the view! Everything in this lovely village is just a stroll away. Breakfast was spot on and Patrick couldn't have been any nicer. Most definitely be back again.

We arrived in Ballyheigue after a 5 hour drive in the rain from Rosscommon. Mr. Don O'Neill met us in the lobby and showed us to our room. First visit to Kerry and Ballyheigue. The guest house is perched like a sea raptor on the very edge of a cliff above the rocky shore below with spectacular views East of...
