In August of 1997 I stayed at this lovely B&B on the north shores of the Dingle Penn. I was horseback riding with a group, under the leadership of our Ride Master, William O'Connor. It was elegant and friendly then. I always remembered going nuts over the brown bread, and having had an all around terrific experience. I rediscovered this...

Our room was excellent, spacious and had a lovely view. It has been very thoughtfully set up for guests. food at breakfast was delicious too (although we couldn't eat it all). Annette is a great host and thank you for the recommendation to catch the car ferry and visit the Cliffs of Moher on our way to Galway! We would...

Had an amazing time in Annette's holiday rental across from the Guesthouse. The cottage is beautiful and so homely. We were there for a week and would have stayed for four more if we could. Annette is a fabulous host and anything we needed she provided. Would recommend this place highly.

Few places in my experience exceed their five-star rating; this is one of them! A luxurious room sumptuously appointed and with a view to due for from the feature window. Breakfast was a treat in itself, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's expensive, but you certainly get what you pay for!

Beautiful atmosphere and location, excellent facilities, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was the most enjoyable B & B that we have stayed in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this facility!

This is by far the best lodging choice of our 8-day trip in Ireland. A charming country house with a nice garden in the back, this B & B is very close to the shore. Our bed room has a small window with a spectacular view of the sea, the bathroom is probably the cleanest we have ever been to,...

What a jewel of a B&B convenient to nearby Dingle and Kerry. Annette, our hostess, was friendly, bubbly and really made the stay a first class experience. The touches like a menu in the room to choose from for breakfast, fruit cake in the room, immaculately clean and lovingly furnished room made the stay feel so luxurious. The breakfast--whether Irish...

Annette, the host, is one of the best hosts I have ever encountered. She just lives and breathes hospitality. The Shores offers an amazing breakfast selection. I loved the freshly cooked full Irish and the mixed fresh fruit bowl for starters. Annette bakes her own bread which just adds to the breakfast experience. I was lucky to get a room...
