We stayed in one of the two bedroom "luxury lodges" on the hotels property. It had everything we could have wanted. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, etc., and a dishwasher. Walking distance to town and you have access to amenities at the hotel like the very nice pool and fitness center. There website doesn't mention it, but...

Having stayed in a few hotels in Kenmare, stayed here for the first time for 2 days for a wedding. Very efficient/attentive/pleasant staff. Room clean, bright even though bed a bit creaky. Great wedding with very good food. Selected starters of prawn salad and mains of beef, all excellent with a nice dessert. Breakfast really good too. Really enjoyed my...

Stayed 2 nights and got a good deal. The rooms are clean, basic and comfortable. Wifi in the rooms is present but hard to get a decent connection. Food is very good in the bar and breakfast is likewise very good. Pool is good, only used the jacuzzi as it was kids hours in the pool. Service was very good...

We came to Kenmare Bay Hotel because we are into walking which the hotel promote along with other activities. We walked a section of the Kerry Way from Kenmare to Sneem which had coastal views which we enjoyed very much. They also had a number of looped walks setting out from the hotel. The maps for these were displayed in...

Came here with family and stayed in the luxury apartment. I would highly recommend it. Very child friendly, clean and well kitted out. 3 min walk away from village. Only down sides were the flooring in the apartment was of poor quality, with chips and joint coming away also the changing rooms in the leisure centre were not as clean...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I am glad that you enjoyed your recent stay in our self-catering luxury lodges. They are great for families or larger groups as they are spacious and have all the mod cons. Thank you for your feedback regarding the flooring and leisure centre changing rooms, which we will look into. Hope to see...

Lovely bright room overlooking Reeks mountains. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Not expensive. Friendly helpful staff. Short walk to shops which also had friendly staff. Lovely old church in town. Quaint and unusual shops. Well stocked stores for fashion and woolen goods. Several other restaurants and bars to choose from. Two of the bars had lively music sessions laid on for...

I just stayed at the Kenmare Bay with my husband & 2 kids (5 & 3yrs) for a short weekend getaway and have nothing but great things to say about it. The hotel itself is lovely - bright, modern & clean. I found it to be at least on a par with many 4 star hotels that I have stayed...

We made an appointment to speak to a staff member with regards to our wedding. Excellent value. We stayed here for two nights. The room was perfect, the location really convenient as it's so close to town. One particular highlight for us was the breakfast, the selection was great and fresh, and we quite enjoyed the interaction with the breakfast chef Carlo who went above and beyond to cater for our needs.

We had a great two night stay in this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you have any issues with food allergies they are very accommodating.
