Abbey Court exceeded our greatest expectations,as did the beautiful city of Kenmare. We stayed at the Abbey Court B&B last night and wish we could have stayed longer but they were booked out. The food carnival was on and we had the opportunity to see a parade and eat beautiful fresh food. The nicest town and the nicest B&B we...

We were welcome in the sunshine by Brendan who immediately gave us cold drinks with ice on the marble patio overlooking the Bay. He sat down with us and gave us maps, menus and help with our holiday. Brendan booked us in with Mr. O Shea to do Skellig Michael and gave us an early breakfast as well as a...

My wife and I recently spent 7 days at Abbey Court, I can only concur with the comments below. We used Abbey Court as a base to explore the Peninsula’s (Ring of Kerry, Bera and Dingle) it was perfectly placed for this. Abbey Court itself is fantastic, our hosts (Brendan and Geraldine) made us feel right at home from the...

Our family of four enjoyed our overnight stay at Abbey Court and wished we had planned to stay for two nights! The house itself is in a beautiful setting, has comfortable rooms and is easy to find. Brendon and Ger were wonderful hosts. Kenmare itself is a lovely town - we could have easily spent another day exploring and shopping.

Wow! Wow! Wow! what a awesome place to relax in, the views are unforgetable!I could spend the whole vacation just sitting in the patio drinking wine and watching the sea swell in and out. The place is fantastic, rooms are well appointed, good showers, coffee plentiful, ample parking. In the morning we were awoken by the birds singing. Brendan and...

Kenmare is a great town to use as a base for multiple nights - great access to Beara Peninsula, Ring of Kerry, Killarney and Dingle. One of our favorite times was taking a hike 20 minutes away at Gleninchaquin Park - simply breathtaking! Our four night stay at Abbey Court was a delightful experience. Brendan and Ger are lovely hosts and extended a warm greeting. After we were served coffee and shortbread cookies, Ger took time to explain sites to see in and around Kenmare. The exquisite sitting rooms at Abbey Court exemplify a serene place to relax with various reading material and...

We stayed at Abbey Court for two nights towards the end of our trip to the west and south coasts. We chose it for the location and the family apartment as we were travelling with our two teen-aged children. The location was great--very near Ring of Kerry, Beara Peninsula, and Molls Gap. Our itinerary got a bit disjointed because the...
