    5 star rating, especially great breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and very helpful host. Clean and tidy rooms. Good heating. Rooms en-suite. Parking possibilities. Perfect price range. Nice view. Quiet place.

    Yes, but we didn’t need to use even in August as the evenings cooled down so a window open made the room comfortable.
