My traveling partner and I wanted to have a couple of nights in the middle of our 10-day Ireland trip where we could have our own rooms, so were happy to find the Alpine Guesthouse and its reasonable rates. The tub and shower in my room were in need of updating (stained grout inbetween tiles, plumbers' tape keeping the shower...

Guesthouse located on main road to Dingle with views of the harbor and overviews of town. No elevators, no AC but venting windows, and hallways can be warm (especially hauling your luggage up the stairs). The room was of adequate, comfortable size. Nice dining room and good breakfast. Large private car park and five to ten minute easy walk to...

We stayed 2 nights here and it was very nice and clean. The Irish breakfast was wonderful. We all were able to find activities in the surround area that we like to do. My sister went surfing. I went horse back riding. My brother took a historic bus tour.

Alpine Guesthouse is a nice place to stay. It's located about a block from downtown Dingle, so it's easy to park you car at the guesthouse then walk into town. The staff is friendly and breakfast was very good.

Stayed here for just one night with a friend. Room was quite small and cramped. On arrival we were escorted up to the second floor, long stairs, no lift - beautiful prints on the wall. There was no suggestion of where we might go, do etc. I asked about restaurants and was given a few suggestions (almost reluctantly). Cost was...

Our host, Paul O'Shea, was gracious and very attentive. The B&B is quiet yet just minutes away from the pub hub of the lovely harbor town of Dingle. Sunny, bright, great breakfast. Fabulous stay! Attended a folk concert of Irish pipes, guitar, fiddle, flute and harp by local musicians in small St. James Church.

We had a great front room with a view of the harbour. Very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. The owners were very kind, recommended a great tour of the peninsula... and went out of their way to contact us when we left something behind and mail it to our next destination at their own cost! Wonderful people in a...

We had a lovely stay at Paul's property and really enjoyed the location. The hotel sits above the harbor with lovely views and the rooms were well equipped and decorated. Very clean and the bathrooms were oversized. We especially enjoyed the front yard, with plenty of room for our kids to roam and feed the resident chickens. We picnicked in...

We stayed here 2 nights in March. The room was very clean, and spacious. The owners were extremely nice and offered lots of info about the town. It is only a 5-10 min walk to town and all the shops and pubs. The room was a little cold, as we had a cold snap that week. The heat was on...
