Huge but cosy old hotel with very nice rooms and kind staff. The hotel is situated very central in Ballyshannon and has a nice parking place in the backyard. It is like going back in time to stay at this hotel.

Mary and Ben are so kind and so lovely, you’ll feel like family when you’re staying here! The hotel is gorgeous and decorated thoughtfully and beautifully with antiques that add to the ‘old world’ charm, and the entire place is spotless. It’s in walking distance to everything (right at the center of town in Ballyshannon with a beautiful view from...

Just spent St Patrick's weekend in Dorrians Ballyshannon. Wonderful break away. Hotel is a little bit dated for my usual taste, but it adds to it's character and charm. Room's are huge, and I was fortunate enough to get one on the corner so had a great view down the main street toward the Rory Gallagher statue. Dining room and...

Stayed here with my wife and her parents for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful upon check in and the rooms were nicely presented if just a bit outdated. If you're looking for a quaint hotel with good hospitality and great food and even better drink it's definitely worth a look. Food and drink very reasonably priced...

We stayed here 2 weeks ago and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were absolutely fabulous and probably the friendliest I have come across. We had bar food in the evening and breakfast the following morning and the food was excellent. Room was large and spotless. I can only highly recommend this hotel if you decide to stay in Ballyshannon

We attended a function here last weekend. The owners were at reception to greet everyone and the staff were just lovely. I had a sore back and one of the staff that I met checking the ladies' toilet, offered to get me a hot water bottle when she noticed I was limping. The food for the function was served to in...

Enjoyed the entertainment and Gala dinner on Hogmanay. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful especially in the dining room. Definitely a hotel I recommend and would love to...

Stayed here for 4 nights on a David urquhart tour. There were 6 of us in our group and our rooms were next to each other. The rooms were spacious and looked onto the Main Street of Ballyshannon. The hotel was family run and most of the staff were pleasant. There was no hot water in the room on 2...

A very friendly and family orientated hotel. Reception area had comfortable furniture and lovely warm fireplace. The room was clean and comfortable. I was the only person in the dining room for breakfast, and was given individual attention to what I required for a cooked breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful, from the cleaner who helped me with the...
