Very cosy rooms in old style. We had self catering options for 8 persons and the freedom, beauty of Donnegal Cliffs and beach was awesome! Highly recommended for three couples who likes independence and fun!

It's a wonderful old farmhouse with tremendous charm. Lots of antiques and beautiful decorations. The room was huge with two beds in two separate rooms. The breakfast room had amazing views of the fields. I loved all the cows and the peaceful setting. The house itself has a wonderful history as well.

Stayed here recently whilst in town for the Rory Gallagher festival. Lovely old house out of town and well off the main road. The lady who runs it is very hospitable and has some help from family when busy. It was quiet and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. As with all old houses some TLC is needed. Our shower door...

Lovely old country house, comfortable bed, good food but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Tiny cubicle shower, barely big enough door entry, barely room to wash, too bad if you were tall. Toilet cistern took forever to refill and was noisy. Heating on bedroom floors only on when there were extra people in the place.

We arrived to a beautiful house and grounds and met the loveliest lady. She had however, forgotten we were coming and we were her only guests. The room was ready but the heat hadn't been turned on. The room was cold - it barely got warm before it cut off for the night. She did have a small oil filled...

Spent a night here. Had stayed previously and it was as good. Really comfortable bed and house is located out of town. It's a quiet place and I had a great sleep. Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked, I completed the breakfast request form before retiring.

Agnes is a welcoming hostess in a stunning rural setting. Large rooms but with small ensuite bathrooms. Breakfast included real Canadian maple syrup. A first for us Canucks after a dozen Irish B&B stays. Good base for the beach or Donegal drives

We've just stayed 3 nights at Cavangarden Lodge, a self-catering 3 bedroom house on the grounds of a B&B with different self-catering options as well. In short, it was the perfect place for us to stay after our busy few days in Dublin at the beginning of our Ireland road trip. It's just 3km from Ballyshannon, which has a few...

Very quiet and peaceful B&B. You drive up a winding driveway, cross a small bridge and the large house is in front of you. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. We have stayed with Mrs McCaffrey every year we travel to Ireland which is about 14 times and have never been disappointed. Mrs McCaffrey leaves a breakfast menu at...

I loved the grand old house. The rooms were large and the beds super comfy. The dining room where we had breakfast, is spacious and the food was good. The wi-fi was not strong enough and none of the guests when we were there could connect. Yes it's an old house and it shows but its character and charm make...
