My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary which feel over the Easter weekend. We decided to treat ourselves to a delux room and we were very disappointed by what they consider to be a delux room - we paid €520 for 2 nights B&B as compare to our friends who stayed...

I've stayed here on a few work trips now and I always look forward to returning. It's a really relaxed environment and the staff are always super helpful. The breakfast is outstanding and so is their dinner menu in the restaurant.

This is a 'boutique lite' hotel with a super friendly & helpful staff. The restaurant /adjoining bar and cafe has superb food, service, and it's quite popular with locals and tourists alike. Rooms are quirky in a positive way. Furnishings were no doubt unique to the space. Only critiques: our bed mattress was quite "slingy".

My mum and I had a delicious dinner at the Blue Haven restaurant last night - very friendly waitress gave us a good gin recommendation (try black's of kinsale, was really good) and gave advice on our dinner choices so all could be dairy free - we shared scallops in sweet chilli sauce and then panko plaice fillets with THE...

Blue Haven was the perfect location in Kinsale. The bar and restaurant were amazing. Live music in the evenings was entertaining. We would recommend and we would stay here again. The room was nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed visiting all of the many nearby pubs!

As a local I pay a visit to The Blue Haven Hotel on a regular basis. Tonight I dined with friends and family and I could not fault anything from start to finish. Last orders are 9pm when we asked the waiter at 9.10pm could we order it wasn't a bother to him. We had steaks and tortellini and they...

Recently spent three days in Kinsale and stayed in the Blue Haven - this is a small hotel with huge heart. The staff seemed to out of their way to help and nothing was too much trouble. We treated ourselves to afternoon tea and it was top class - the presentation was very different to the run of the mill...

Visited here in a group of over 30 people, we were served very quickly and at the same time, food was absolutely brilliant, excellently presented and the portion sizes were very generous. Looking forward to visiting here again next time I visit Kinsale.

Stayed last weekend for family event in Kinsale and was very disappointed with this hotel having heard so much about how good it was . Reception is a tiny desk and there is no privacy for discussion with receptionist. There appeared to be a lot of staffing issues that day including admin issues as we could hear everything that was...
