Clean but nothing fancy, could use some updating. Smell of mothballs was alittle disappointing, but it is an old house so to be expected. Breakfast was good, coffee was instant but there is a lovely cafe down the street. No wifi available.

Sea Gull is a place past it's prime if it ever had a prime. It is the third time a place featured in Rick Steves has bordered on uninhabitable. The other two times we left and went elsewhere. I wish we had this time.

You have to park on the street nearby which we didn't seem to have a problem doing. We double parked to unload our luggage. Kinsale is a walking town with narrow streets so you will want to park your car anyways!
