    Friar's Lodge was a great place for us to stay in Kinsale. It is an easy walk to and from everything, and the parking was free. Kinsale has a few great places to hang out at night for dinner and drinks, and walking in Kinsale...More

    For our annual visit to Kinsale for the Classic Car Rally we again stayed in Friars Lodge we almost took it over with our posse of members from Swansea Historic Vehicle Register. Maureen made very welcome as usual & we had our usual comfortable room....More

    We loved this hotel during our driving trip around Ireland. On our first night we were upstairs, but on the second day as soon as a room was available they moved us to the ground floor so it was easy to take our dog out....More

    Some of the rooms have both. Others have just a shower. If you need a bathtub, just send them a note requesting a room with both. They are very kind and helpful.

    It is walkable but it is a bit of a hill...Have you luggage with wheels , if so it is doable.safe journey and look forward to seeing you soon
