My wife and I stayed in Woodlands for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Valerie and Brian are great hosts. Room was comfortable and warm.Kinsale is wonderful spot.Great location for stroll downhill to the town, but uphill on the way home.Difficult to navigate form centr of city to house because of one way streets and lanes. But GPS did it...

A well-run B&B within walking distance of the centre of Kinsale. Clean, efficient, friendly service from Valery and Brian. No loose fittings in the bathroom, which is a pretty unusual situation for Irish B&Bs, according to our experience. Excellent value for money. Go for it!

We stayed just the one night at Woodlands House, and it was wonderful. We were greeted by Valerie and a pot of tea. The rooms are spotless, the food superb, and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We had a flat tyre and Brian kindly pumped it up with his footpump!

A short ride, or walk to town, this bed and breakfast is a great place to spend your time in Kinsale, your hostess ( Valerie) will welcome you, ( even if you arrive late, like we did) The breakfast is very good and freshly made. The rooms are larger than your typical bandb rooms, wish they had a few more...

Fresh tea biscuits and scones on arrival - only one of two on our two week trip for a B and B too offer this. Located a handy short walk from the Kinsale action and great views of the Kinsale bay. A nice room, great breakfast and a convivial host. Fully recommend.

A wonderful, clean, comfortable B&B. The breakfast was exceptional and I couldn't get enough of the soda bread. The walk back from town is not far, but a bit challenging for one of us, as it is uphill.

We had a one Week Trip through Ireland and the Woodland House was the best of all the B&B we encountered. The Rooms were spacious and the owners were really kind. After a nice run in the morning along the Scilly Walk Track we enjoyed a delicious breakfast! Full score!

The hosts are very hospitable and welcoming. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. Its a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre all downhill so be prepared to walk back up a steep hill on your return. Otherwise you can find a park in a cark park closer to the centre. Breakfast was delicious.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and cozy B&B. Our hosts were so warm and friendly and took great care of us, from securing dinner reservations to a very nice breakfast (love that soda bread)! The bed was very comfortable, and the wifi also much appreciated. And I loved seeing all the family photos, especially of the darling...

Thank Linda B
