Located about 400 m off the town center roundabout it is a quiet B&B yet an easy walk into Adare. The owners are very friendly, the breakfast was good, bed were decent, and easy parking. Wifi only in common area.

An average B&B but the drawback was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room - so useful if you want a drink before you go to bed.. It wasn't too far to the Curraghchase Forest Park & Adare is quite a nice little town.

The positive reviews say it all about the Aspen House B&B. Patricia was so kind and most helpful in suggesting places to eat, where to go and what to do. The rooms are clean and comfy, with an amazing breakfast. We could not have a more perfect stay. Thanks Patricia

On a quiet street only a 5 minute walk from all the village activity, shops and pubs, is Pat and Richard's cozy B&B. I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and it was like being home, but with the added luxury of having someone else cook my breakfast and clean my room. Speaking of which, the room and en suite were...

I stayed for 3 nights at Aspen House. Patricia was very accommodating and always offered a cuppa and a chat. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was modern and clean as well. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect too, within easy walking distance of the main street and all it's shops. I highly recommend this...

Patricia and Richard are excellent hosts and we had a lovely cup of tea and a chat with them on arrival. They gave us some great sightseeing and dining recommendations during the course of our stay. We had a spacious room and...

I've been to Adare several times, but until this year I never had the good luck to find myself at Aspen House. The welcome we received from Patricia on our arrival was so warm and genuine, we immediately felt at home. After a "cuppa" , Patricia showed us to our lovely and immaculate rooms. When we went out later, we...

We stayed here one night while traveling around Ireland by road. Located the property as a drive by as the local Touist Information Centre had been forced to close unexpectedly. When we knocked on the door the owners gave us a gudied tour of the property so we could see if it would meet our needs. Obviously it did! Once...

I was very impressed by this B&B. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, the breakfast was lovely, the WiFi connection worked well, but most importantly Pat and Richard are genuine, friendly people who welcome you into their home and offer you tea, and should you lose your voice like I did, honey and lemon! I would definitely stay...
