If you want to visit "real" Ireland, this is where you want to be. Absolutely beautiful castle and grounds and the staff could not be any nicer or accommodating. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance here as well as your comfort. They will...More
I've been an overnight Guest at Adare Manor on a few occasions.

Villa was huge...3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We let our oldest daughter and her hubbie take the master because that bathroom had a soaking tub. Our bedroom was almost as big and had a big shower. Even had warming racks for the towels. Such luxury!...More
Spent a couple of nights here at the manor and I will say I wasn't too impressed. Firstly, despite being as large as a palace, this is definitely not a 5 star resort. Sure there are lush beautiful lawns and picturesque gardens, however to me...More
Our flight to Shannon was canceled, and we ended up landing in Cork. While getting new flights, I booked this hotel last minute. Knowing we would arrive very late, and the dining would be closed, they had a plate of sandwiches and milk brought up...More

We bought instant coffee, which I'm generally not a fan of, which was actually pretty good. My husband drinks his black and liked it. I bought Creamer at the small grocery in town and it was delicious. Yes to hair dryers in each room. We had a 3 bedroom villa. My suggestion would be to take extension cords if you take any US electronics. There are US outlets in the rooms but not conveniently located. The extension cords worked very well, as we could charge several phones as well as use a flat iron. There is laundry available, I took detergent pods. Adare is a beautiful village, very quaint. We truly enjoyed the evenings in the pubs. Definitely visit Sean Collins and Sons Pub. The evening with live music was a real treat.

Thank you for your enquiry. There is a small supply of dishwasher and laundry tabs in each of the villas - enough for one or two washes to get your started. There is no food or beverages supplied with the houses so we would recommend that you go to the local grocery store in Adare once you arrive to purchase your provisions for the duration of your stay. There are two good supermarkets in the village which stay open until quite late; Londis and Centra - you will be able to get everything that you need in either of them.
