This was the nicest B&B we stayed at in Ireland. Florence is an amazing lady and hostess, she has everything you could need. And breakfast was excellent, you won't leave hungry. You will also be within walking distance of the beautiful village of Adare, which was the most romantic and charming town we visited.

Our hostess, Flo, was amazing! A lifelong resident who turned part of her grandmother's farm into a wonderful B&B was a wealth of knowledge of the local area. Everyone we came in contact with was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Recently stayed at Coatesland House and was beyond our expectations. Lovely house full of things to do if you choose too. Florence is a wonderful hostess and makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Super close to town...less then 10 minutes. Her dogs Winnie and her Yorkies are awesome! Breakfast was far better and more than you...

My first visit to Ireland and I couldn't be happier with the choice of Coatesland House! It was everything I hoped for (and then some) in a traditional B&B! Ms. Florance, your host should you stay, is a great conversationalist and will always make time to chat! Along with her two charming and friendly puppies! I couldn't recommend this place...

Coatsland is just on the edge of Adare and one can walk to the downtown in 9-14 min depending on how much to stop and view other things along the way. The room we had was plenty big enough for my husband and me. The pvt facilities w/ our room had everything we needed. The gem of this place is...

This place is fab. The lady owner is so helpful and friendly. Rooms are a great size and the main part the bed is so comfortable for a guy like me as I drive a coach for a living and need a good night sleep. I will be back and stay longer.. for dinner I walked 15 minutes down to...

I have stayed at many B&Bs in my travels, but nothing compares to Florence and the Coatesland House in Adare. Upon our arrival, Florence introduced us to her sweet dogs, showed us our room, and told us all about the best places in town for food, Guinness, and anything else we asked about! She was very knowledgable and incredibly hospitable....

Florence is a true gem! She is extremely knowledgeable and so much fun to talk to. The house was warm and cozy and I loved getting kisses from her sweet yorkie, Miss Ellie. Florence isn't one to hide the good china and puts it to use with her delicious breakfast. I had my first taste of porridge and it was...
