We are just back from another great stay at the station house. The level of service in this hotel is outstanding and so very welcoming, They cannot do enough for you and the staff were so lovely and friendly everywhere you went. The breakfast and dinner were to an excellent high standard. During the holidays they ran a kids club...

Stayed with my family recently and definitely give this hotel the thumbs up! Food very good, staff very helpful in every way and accommodation clean and comfortable. The station bar has a good atmosphere and doesn't have the hotel bar feeling. Admittedly, it could do with a revamp but for what it is, i would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here over the St. Patrick's Bank Holiday Weekend. We rented an apartment at the rear of the hotel and were able to avail of the hotel's leisure facilities. This proved a life saver, as the weekend turned out to be wet and windy for the most part. The accommodation was spacious, spotless and well designed for families. We...

Station House rooms are lovely. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed very much. The staff are so friendly and always inquiring if everything is ok. The hotel breakfast held me all day each day until be returned from a day trip for dinner. Also easy access to walk to any of the pubs and restaurants in Clifden.

From the moment we set foot in the place (pm April 9) to when we departed (am April 11), we came across nothing but the very warmest of welcomes. Extremely friendly, helpful, efficient, professional and smiley staff. This is all the more impressive as many of them worked sizeable shifts. Not only that but they were very well trained in...

For friendliness, good food, and smiling and efficient staff this would be hard to beat not to mention the fab choces for breakfast. Even though the hotel was completely booked out there was no noise in the corridors. The location is also perfect.

Cycling Wild Atlantic Way and stopped to rest and refuel with Twelve Bens Cycling Club at the Station House Hotel. Lashings of good tea & coffee. Great scones. Plenty of fuel for cycling up the Sea Road on way out of town. James and staff efficient, welcoming & friendly. Will be back.

On behalf of Cahir Active Retirement a big "Thank You" for making our stay so enjoyable. We stayed in The Railway House Hotel last week. The staff were in a class of their own. They were friendly, helpful and ready to please. Room very comfortable, food excellent and there was always that little extra. Tea, scones and muffins on returning...

My husband and I were part of a large group to visit this hotel recently. The céad míle fáilte was certainly experienced by us all. Manager was fantastic . We were met and greeted most warmly on our arrival. Tea and scones were greatly appreciated after our long journey. Rooms spotless and bed most comfortable. Food was excellent and staff...
