We stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson for one night as we had an early morning departure from Shannon Airport (SNN). Very good hotel; Blair Bar service and food absolutely outstanding. Excellent front-desk and Blair Bar staff. Hotel is literally steps away from Shannon Airport Arrivals / Departures (3-minute walk). I would imagine that a multiple-night stay would be equally comfortable. If I had any suggestion it would be that our bathroom had a very small shower; we had a note asking us to keep the bathroom door closed when showering. All in all, though, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

This modern hotel is just across the road from Shannon Airport. After a long TtranAtlantic flight ,it is just the place to rest before embarking on your travels throughout Ireland. Baggage carts are at the exit doors of the airport and it takes just a few minutes to cross the road and arrive at the hotel. Service is excellent and the rooms are immaculate. There is no noise from the arriving and departing planes. The bar serves hearty pub fare. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served buffet style. We booked another room for the night preceding our return flight to Philadelphia. You will enjoy your stay!

Stunning entrance and a beautiful warm welcome at check-in. Receptionist was very helpful and booked in our dinners and breakfast times for our stay (due to covid regulations, strict booking times for everyone’s safety) The room was big and had a very comfortable Queen Ann bed, all toiletries, fresh white towels, slippers and tea, coffees supplied. The chef had the best chicken curry ever!! Fresh battered cod with local sourced salads too. Bar staff and waiters very attentive and capable. Morning breakfast was freshly made to order with your full Irish breakfast, omelettes, porridge etc. It was help yourself with cereals, juices, fruit, yogurts, cheeses and buns. Again the staff in this dining hall went over and beyond to make sure your demands were met. 5*****+ service again!! I highly recommend this hotel to family, friends and tourists with free parking and guaranteed quality service, food and great nights sleep. Looking forward to our return. Well done Park Inn Shannon. I booked a room at this hotel on February 17th at which time my credit card was charged for the room rate. We were meeting our tour group at the hotel as part of a small group tour we were doing of Ireland. When we got to the hotel we waited and waited and waited to get checked in. The poor young woman at the front desk was stuck trying to help a woman who was creating quite a problem. The young woman an the desk repeeatedly tried to get someone else up to the deak as a great number of people were trying to check in. We had several staff members walk by the line of people with no achknowledment at all. Finally after about 15 minutes, a young man came up and checked us in. he told me that the room had been prepaid, which I already knew and checked us in. The next morning when we went for breakfast, I was informaed that our breakfast was not included. I had to go to the front desk where a very rude young many took forever to finally acknowledge me. I showed him my reservation which showed the bed and breakfast rate and that breakfast was included. He told me he didn't care what my reservation said because he didn't have that information in front of him. I spend several moments trying to reason with him, but it was not possible and I gave up! We did have a room service charge as well as a parking charge that we knew would go onto the card numbe that I left at reception, but when we got the charge they had not only charged for the meal and the parking, but had charged for the room again. We called the hotel several times trying to get this sorted out with no help whatsoever. We even sent them copies of both charges, from the fFebruary 17th charge and the current charge, but nobody cared enough to do anything about it. We have brought small group tours here several times in the past due to its location and accessibility from the airport, but never again! We feel as if we were blantantly robbed and nobody cares!

I checked in here with my elderly Aunt for a one night stay and what a surprise I got. This is a gem of a boutique hotel with absolutely fabulous staff who made myself and especially my aunt feel a million dollars. The staff are really to be commended The food was superb and the standard and cleanliness of my room was only superb. The hotel adhered to my every wish I requested when booking to include the location of our room to take account of my elderly aunt and to reserve a table that would be a safe enough environment for my aunt to dine without posing any risk to her. They accommodated us in their drawing room which opened in to their lovely garden and even suggested a time that they thought would pose little or no risk as we could have the drawing room to ourselves before the other bookings arrived in. I would have never gone to this hotel had I not seen it on pigsback.com as I live in dublin and would have no necessity to fly from Shannon airport and therefore would never have heard of or have had any need to go as far as Shannon. So from an advertising point of view I think this was a good move for the hotel as having stayed now myself would highly recommend it to somebody else. I couldn't fault the hotel at all. We stayed there for 2 nights with our 3 kids. The room was very clean, modern and spacious with a nice big tv for the kids to watch. The location was excellent for exploring the Cliffs of Moher, Doolin, Lahinch etc. and very close to Shannon town. The staff were very pleasant and accomodating. We had an evening meal here aswell and the food was excellent. One thing that stood out for us was that we woke up 30 minutes late for our breakfast booking time of 09.30. My wife went down and breakfasts were finished, but the staff were excellent and immediately made a table setting for us and cooked the 5 off us fresh breakfasts. One staff member (a temporary fill in), a gentleman from Mayo, was looking after us and he was extremely pleasant and hospitable. I know that the hotel is 3 star but I would give it higher rating than this. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would definitely come back sometime.

This is a great place for someone landing and departing specifically at Shannon Airport. The rooms seem great, as was the breakfast service and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed help for the covid pcr test on departure, and I was pointed to a facility close-by which sorted it all.
The only drawback location wise, is that unless you arrive and / or depart from Shannon Airport, constant travel to other nearby locations may seem a severe issue, especially if not accustomed with the local ways and methods of transportation.
P.s. for the most reliable ones, I'd suggest buses, as trains seem on the more expensive side, more limited location-wise, and sometimes unpredictable.

Stayed here with the family as a hub for a visit of the Wild Atlantic Way, the is a very comfortable and clean hotel that takes the covid precautions very seriously, only open for residents, so it was very quiet and thus lacked a little atmosphere. We ate in the bar and found the food and service to be fantastic. Could find any faults at all, a lovely stay.

A pleasure to stay here after a couple not-so-good experiences with other hotels. Large rooms with excellent, fully functional showers including adequate water pressure and no weird temperature shifts in the middle of the shower. Good food and beverages. Very pleasant, attentive staff. Very fast and easy walk to/from Shannon airport. I will definitely stay here again!

Thank you park inn Shannon & Staff for an excellent stay in your hotel. Hotel is very clean & comfortable. Upon arrival everyone from reception staff to the restaurant staff were very welcoming & accommodating.
This was our first trip with our young child & we were apprehensive at the toughts of eating out in hotels with the young baby but all your staff went above and beyond if we needed a table with space for the baby etc. Your staff were so accommodating in every way which put us at ease. A special mention to Jason who looked after us In the restaurant each evening ( mash& gravy for the baby).
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Again thank you for making our stay so pleasant.
