Had a fantastic overnight stay here on 21st March & once again they surpassed themselves in every area. The room was amazing, every comfort was met & the welcome back card & strawberries were a wonderful touch. We ate at the Bell Tower and the food was beautifully presented & delicious and the service is amazing. You can see why...

This is a new and well appointed hotel. The cleaning staff could use some training. The floor in our bathroom hadn't been cleaned, the coffee spoons had coffee on them and my bath towel had a large hole in it. All rather minor but not 5-star. On the other hand, the staff was excellent. We were disappointed to find that...

Great place for a leisurely holiday. First class accommodations. Restaurant is excellent. Be sure to try the Angus beef steak, it is to die for. Luxury spa on site if you need to work off calories. Grounds around the hotel are excellent for nice walks. Golf is available if that is your thing.

This is a beautiful hotel with fabulous grounds and well trained staff. Fabulous food in Francinis Restaurant even though there were some renovations taken place which did not effect the level of service at all. I have to compliment some members of the team at Castlemartyr whom we made contact with.Trevor Sheehan Guest Relations Manager, Martina - Housekeeper and Jason...

Lovely hotel and grounds with friendly, professional staff. breakfast, which was self-service was surprisingly poor and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There was a very limited selection of fruit and pastries. Only one type of milk and yoghurt. Cereals were not labelled so a bit of guesswork needed! The fried breakfast had all but run...

Dear cdinneen, Many thanks for taking the time to write a review regarding your recent stay.Since your stay I am happy to say that we have taken your feedback on board and implemented a more comprehensive breakfast buffet system in our Bell Tower Restaurant to ensure that such an issue of running out of " Fried Breakfast" is not possible...

My family and I recently visited the Castlemartyr Resort during our holiday in Ireland. I felt compelled to write a review since I use Trip Advisor a great deal when choosing our hotels when we travel. The reviews I read in preparation were not at all in line with what we encountered on our visit. At first glance upon arrival...

My husband and I spent the night of Thursday 23rd of February at Castlemartyr Resort. On arrival we were disappointed as it was extremely busy, which we were not expecting but it was half term. Ultimately this did not have any negative impact on the quality of our stay. Lovely Lionel brought our bags to our room. The room was...

I was here recently for the first time, despite not living too far away from the resort. When you arrive, parking can be a little tricky, but it's well worth just enjoying the fields, water and horses in the vicinity of the hotel. It is truly idilicc. The entrance portico is stunning, a lovely architectural style with original features, and...
