Comfortable, personable and cozy. They were very accomodating, helpful and welcoming, the beds were good and the breakfasts were more than satisfying. Highly recommended for anyone heading to Askeaton!

We had a lovely time at Coolrahnee house in Askeaton and will definitely be back for another night. The place itself was big yet cosy with a number of rooms, We had a very spacious, clean and comfortable en suite room which was also very quiet. We had a great sleep. My night at Coolrahnee House in Askeaton was lovely. I was given a large comfortable ensuite bedroom with a great shower. The breakfast was fab and set me up for the day and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here on an overnight visit to Askeaton last month and found it to be perfect. A warm welcome on arrival and a kind offer of a lift to and from the town if needed that night. The house is at the edge of town anyway so happily left my car parked there and enjoyed the pleasant stroll in to...

Really enjoyed our stay at Coolrahnee House during the St Patrick's day festivities in Askeaton. Our room was very clean, big and cosy. B&B owner Catherine is a fantastic host, both friendly and extremely helpful, even offering to collect us from our evening out if we needed, despite the B&b being only a few minutes walk into the town. When we arrived we were greeted by Catherine who was very welcoming, and explained everything very well. The room was very spacious and the sun came into the room in the morning...

I was visiting Askeaton with friends for St. Patrick's Day and booked a single room for myself at Coolrahnee House. The owner Catherine was warm and welcoming, I'm sure she was fully booked but she made time to talk to us and was really lovely and down to earth. The house itself is quite spacious but it feels cosy, I...

Coolrahnee House is by far the best stay we had in Ireland. Catherine was so nice to us and she made us feel like we were at home and part of the family. My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and were traveling with no plans at all to stay anywhere that night. While on the way to Galway,...

My stay at Coolrahnee House was more like being at home Catherine and Oliver really know how to look after their guests, I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived and shown to my large bedroom with comfortable bed and a really powerful shower with abundance of hot water.
