I stayed at Ardagh for a night and my parents spent 3 during Jan'17. The place is very well kept with nice big rooms, dining area and garden. The owners are hospitable and the breakfast is decent. The receptionist though was weird, I asked her for a jug of water and glasses and she told me that there are glasses...

Great location in quiet residential area with good connection to city center and close to shops and restaurants, very nice owners and friendly staff, homey atmosphere, good breakfast, daily service, good wifi, private parking. My single room located on the last floor was small, but equipped with all I needed and the bed was large and comfortable. A bit colder...

Stayed here 3 nights in September. The good : Nice quiet location, very friendly and helpful owners, excellent breakfasts, comfortable bed. Not so good : our room could have done with sprucing up, bathroom especially needed decorating and shower updating. TV in room oldest I've seen for a long time. Poor soundproofing. From our experience Ardagh House is worth staying...

The owners of this accommodation were so welcoming and lovely to talk too. They gave us great advice on how to get to the city and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. On our way out, they wished us luck on our way! The house is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was...

The Ardagh House has a warm & welcoming atmosphere. Host & staff are very nice & helpful. The rooms are cozy as well although the shower sometimes lacks water pressure and heat (which is probably the case in most guesthouses in Irland). The Breakfast was very good and plenty. I'd definetely visit here again.

Good parking at the hotel. No lift in the hotel, so request a room downstairs if stairs are a problem. The room was unheated in October, with no way of adjusting the controls. No wifi in the room, and only upon arrival did I learn from the room's handbook that it is only in some rooms. Not mine, sadly! Hotel...

The service was very friendly and breakfast was nice if a bit limited. (Tea was excellent.) The rooms were clean if worn, and we had several (cultural?) problems in the beginning with using the shower, drawing the curtains(!) and flushing the toilet. The bus to the centre didn't take long, but they ran at longish intervals during the weekend. All...

My friend and I stayed here for two nights when we first arrived in Dublin after 30hrs of flying. The beds were comfortable and our room was surprisingly warm. We forgot that we were provided with breakfast - so that was a welcome surprise! We expected to just have to cereal and fruit which was on show, but they brought...

We stayed at Ardagh House with a company of four (all hailing from Germany) from August 31 until September 4, 2016. All four of us agree that our time was a really pleasant experience in all aspects. Ardagh House is nicely located in a quiet neighbourhood just at the right distance to the city centre of Dublin which can be...
