We were able to get from the airport to this B&B via bus to the Sutton Dart (train) station. From there you ride one stop to Howth. Can catch a taxi from there to the B&B which is a few blocks uphill. If the weather is nice, it's a lovely walk.
Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip!
