We spent a week at the Corrib Wave House and it was very nice! Marie made us a fire at the fireplace, and when it got a bit cold the central heating was turned on, that was more than welcome! the view over the lake from the room is fantastic and I have to say, the Corrib Wave Team must...

It's an adorable guesthouse with beautiful views of the water, with boats to rent and swans. Watching the dogs corral the sheep was neat! The owners were very nice and accommodating. Oughterard was a bit further outside the city of Galway than i would have liked to be. I highly recommend this B & B.

It's such a beautiful location, by the lake! Great value for price! The family who runs the House is welcoming, gave us great tips for dinner, and the breakfast is plenty and tasty! It's got free parking. The furniture is a bit dated, what you'd expect from such a place.

Stayed here for one night in May, Room was very tired, extremely cold - no heating available Good breakfast Think the B&B is used by fishermen using the lake, they maybe hardy people but we found the room extremely cold, and the bathroom just about adequate. No ventilation in bathroom meant the towels were damp before we had even had...

My boyfriend and I were visiting from the States and we stayed at this b&b for a night. It was extremely quaint and lovely on the inside, plus a terrific view from our room. The owners were extremely nice and helpful and it was probably the most comfortable bed I slept in on my entire trip. If you want to...

Our group annually meet here for an extended fishing weekend in May. I joined the group on the Saturday evening for a meal at the B&B and then into town later. As always Michael and his wife provided a comfy home from home atmosphere. The meal was great. The Sunday breakfast was to order, I had the full Irish, others...

We had a lovely stay, owners very welcoming and lovely sized room. Breakfast was very good, wifi excellent. Room was warm and cozy, could do with a little TLC around the edges. Hot water supply was a bit all or nothing, took a long time for showers to warm up (around 5 minutes), shower heads were also very weak which...

We have just returned after 5 years and the service is still as excellent as it was.The view is worth the price on its own. Michael and Maria even remembered who we were when we booked. The rooms are comfortable and were cleaned as we were at breakfast.Maria's home cooked dinners are well worth the extra price. We hope to be back...

We stayed for 2 nights. Marie and Michael are excellent hosts. Their daughter Laura was also on hand. We arrived late on the first night to which Michael greeted us. The breakfast was delicious and set is up for the day of sightseeing. The room may be slightly dated but it was very comfortable and very clean. The TV was...
