This is a small hotel with a separate restaurant located just outside Lisdoonvarna, Co. Clare. The place is easy to find. Signage to the hotel on the approach roads is very good. Parking is very convenient. The restaurant opens at 6pm ( 5 pm in summer I believe). It is not possible to book a meal in advance. The restaurant... More

I had the time of my life while visiting Lisdoonvarna; and, The Wild Honey Inn was the perfect "home" from which base my visit. Kate has a natural gift for creating a warm, comforting environment for guests to this lovely inn. The house is very clean and invitingly decorated. Kate has excellent taste! The magnificent culinary treats coming out of... More

We stayed here for 2 nights last week and had a fantastic time. It's a charming, traditional Inn with delicious food. Super location for visiting The Burren and The Cliffs of Mohor. We dined on both evenings and had a fantastic experience, the food is among the best I've had. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. We stayed on the... More

We stayed there on the first two night s of a bike tour. Kate couldn't have been nicer to a group of jet-lagged and hungry cyclists. Dinner at the inn was spectacular. The rooms were comfortable, and they were happy to accommodate any requests.

Stayed one night during a road trip through Ireland. Room was spacious and had a calming atmosphere (nicely decorated, wooden floor), located on the ground floor. Adjacent to our room, we had a very nice terras, linked to the small garden. Beds are comfy. Bathroom with bad included. Also no complaints whatsoever w.r.t. the owners, they were available when we... More

My wife and I with two teenage daughters enjoyed our four day stay at Wild Honey inn. The charming Inn coupled with outstanding award winning food by Chef Aidan, was the highlight of our family vacation. Kate the owner of the Inn assisted with booking local surfing lessons for our teenagers. Our teenagers loved surfing so much they booked a... More

I'm just back from a 2 night stay. This place is wonderful. The decor is lovely, rooms are cosy, comfortable and the hotel is absolutely spotless throughout. The sitting room and conservatory at the front of the hotel are both wonderful to just relax with a coffee and newspaper. The staff are all courteous and attentive. Without a doubt the... More

Just returned from a two night stay. Room beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Dinner was excellent - the steak was the best we ever had. Plenty of tasty options to chose from at breakfast. Staff polite & friendly. Was checked in by Kate (owner) who couldn't be more helpful with regards to directions and points of interest nearby. Can't wait... More

We recently stayed in the Wild Honey Inn and loved it. The location was perfect as it is so close to The Burren for fabulous walking and wild flowers and it is also really close to the Cliffs of Moher and the cliff walk there is as ever spectacular. The Wild Honey Inn is also close to beaches for swimming... More

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. My husband (at that time, Fiance) and I are from the United States and decided we wanted to get married at the Cliffs of Moher.
