I have just got back from a lovely 3 night stay , The hotel looks out to the sea and the views from my room 101 were brilliant, The hotel is a busy place at weekends but staff are so friendly . The Irish Breakfast was just outstanding I would definitely come back as I found it an ideal location...

Stayed for a couple of nights. Was given room overlooking the alleyway at the back. No view at all and alleyway has a street light that is on all night. However heavy curtain completely eliminates any light. Bed comfortable and decent bathroom. Service excellent - very good value for money breakfast especially the new item with mushrooms. Restaurant food was...

I booked a room for 119 euro. At the time of my checkin, they offered to move me to an apartment because they have a nightclub and there will be noise... for a higher rate. I should have moved. I should have read these reviews and not booked this hotel to start. Only book here if you plan on partying...

Small but well appointed rooms. Mediocre food with slow service but room rate equating to the 5* Gresham in Dublin. "Sea side" has no relevance as most rooms are facing dingy buildings. The noise, o the noise! Loud heavy base music paying until 4am penetrating every room wall.

I spent one night in the Martello Hotel. The double room was clean, spacious enough for a king size bed and two people. I liked the clean white interior design which was perfect for a seaside hotel. Also had a fantastic 10-oz rib eye steak at the bar with fried onion and peppercorn sauce!!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and could not fault the place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were also just what you needed in the morning and serving until 12pm is a real bonus especially if you have been in the bar until closing time ( about 4am ) which we were. As for any...

Lying here at 4am writing this review as i can't sleep for the second night running due to the noise coming through the single glazed window of our "apartment". Whether its the kitchens extraction we were told goes off at 9.30pm (debatable) or the fact that the DART (public transport train) terminates literally outside our window or quite possibly the...

Comfy bed, minimal decor in the room but I didn't expect anything too fancy though a pop of colour wouldn't do any harm because the whole room was white. Bathroom was a nice size. Food was lovely and wait staff was very attentive, I think his name was Sean. Loved that we had breakfast until 12pm so we didn't have...
