We stayed only one night but found the room comfortable and clean with tea and coffee and good bathroom. We had a very nice breakfast the next morning. It is only a short walk from the hotel to the sea front and it has a bar attached.

Rooms lovely and clean. Amy on the front desk and other young girl very helpful and pleasant. Older ladies could be friendlier. Dave in the bar an absolute gem. Housekeeping very helpful. Rooms could benefit from having a mini fridge.

Went with ulster bus .got an evening meal included in the price .The food wasn't great at all.very disappointed. This is are second time staying here .now the food in the bar was great 10 out of 10.so it definitely must be 2 different chefs. We stayed on the 2nd floor rooms were clean.

Average hotel, definitely a little run down, staff were pleasant and bed comfortable, but we had a very noisy room that faced the main road. Good for one night, but not if your after a luxurious night away.

I felt the room was a bit small to other hotels we stayed in for less money. a bit grubby in places, the water in shower/bath was only lukewarm, the plug in bath didn't work. we did complain it and the porter couldn't fix it and said he would be back we said that was OK although he said he...

I have stayed at this hotel on four occasions over the years and despite recent upgrading, this has been my least pleasant stay. The staff in the hotel, particularly the restaurant staff are exceptionally good. The restaurant manager and the senior waitress in particular deserve a special mention. However, what was meant to be a restful weekend break was anything...

Dear Almostgreynomad Thank you for your recent review on trip advisor All of your comments have been taken on board. The car park is owned and management by a separate company. We do hope that you would return to the Royal Hotel Bray in the near future and experience one of our newly refurbished rooms.
