Stayed one night - lovely hotel and staff - great food particularly breakfast. Grounds a delight with easy access to stunning beach. Really nice sitting rooms for a quiet drink with roaring fires. would recommend.

Rathmullan house itself is quite expensive to stay at, so my family rented houses nearby. The house is beautiful, an authentic old colonial house with various rooms to wander through. We ate in the restaurant for Sunday dinner. The food was very good, lots of locally sourced produce. They had a coarse rock salt and kelp mix on the table...

Have stayed here on and off over the last 7 years. An amazing place. Fab rooms old world style. Beautiful grounds which you can access the beach and go for a walk after a busy day or a leisurely stroll. The staff are very professional and couldn't do enough for you. Their food is amazing all organic and what they...

I have stayed at Rathmullan House on several occasions in the past. We returned over Easter for a celebration weekend and we're not disappointed in any way. Easter is a busy time for the hotel with lots of families visiting, but the staff coped in their normal friendly and efficient manner. We stayed in one of the superior rooms in...

Our family group of 8 enjoyed a celebration evening meal in the restaurant. From pre dinner drinks in the old world lounge to the first class dinner in the conservatory styled restaurant the quality was excellent. Presentation was very well designed and portions were, for us ideal. The choice of meals was good and the wine selection was appropriate and...

This hotel was recommended to us by many people. We arrived on a miserable cold wet day but it didn't matter. We were welcomed by the staff and shown a really comfortable room on the first floor of the south wing. There is under-floor heating and the place is warm. Our room had a large window with french doors looking...

It's probably all been said before but this has to be one of the best, if not the best hotel in Donegal. Why is that? Well the staff are fantastic, the building and location with the gardens and scenery are unbeatable and the food is a small good as you'll get anywhere in Ireland. We had dinner in The Cook...

Dear David, It was a pleasure to read your glowing review of your recent afternoon with us for a family confirmation. From speaking to the staff on duty that afternoon, it seems that they had great time looking after you. Yours was the first review that we have received since we closed for the month of January so it is...
