Huge, warm rooms with beautiful furnishings; soft, warm towels; a lovely green farm outlook..what more could a weary traveller wish for? Cappabaihle House is on the way to the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher in County Care, Ireland. The hosts are friendly, helpful and attentive but not exhausting and the scrambled eggs and Irish bacon that we had for...

Conor and Margaret Fahy set the bar in Ballyvaughan. The house is extremely comfortable. From the computer they supply for guest use to the ENORMOUS breakfasts, everything is fabulous. The only point we would make is that the bed in our room was a little hard for us but that's probably just a matter of taste. The rooms are spotlessly...

Less than a mile south of Ballyvaughan, Cappabhaile House offers comfort and value you'll not find in town. Friendly, helpful owners and great breakfasts in a purpose built B&B right next to the Burren. What more could you ask for?

Lovely B&B with a very family-like atmosphere. The rooms and baths are spacious, spotless and (ours at least) had a great view of the Burren. Very pastoral feeling, yet only a few minutes drive from Ballyvaughan. Margaret and Conor are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful, and obviously home cooked to order as we saw Margaret and...

We almost passed this little gem by. Very glad to have stopped for the night. The basics: We were given a large, cheery room at the back with a view of the pasture and the entertaining cows. Everything clean and perfect. The B&B is a bit out of town. This presented no problem for us at all. Breakfast the next...

Thanks Frank for your very kind words, I am not sure my music ability is all that good but we enjoy a session just the same. I have 4 sibling who play trad music and 4 in the next generation and so the sessions are always different for us too. Thanks you again Conor ps my name is Conor Fahy...

We used Tripadvisor in choosing this place, and the comments from previous folks who stayed there were right on. Getting to choose your breakfast, the time, the little extra's like tea and cookies made the stay quite personal. Having walking paths out the back, and restaurants a short drive made it easy for us. Our 2 children used the wireless...

We stayed at this B&B for only one night, but we wished we had stayed at least two nights. The location of this B&B makes it the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with views of the mountain and the castle. The cottage is beautifully decorated, the breakfast room is spacious and you really feel you are in the countryside....

Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Breakfasts were large and filling. B & B is more like a hotel than a typical B & B. Great location for exploring the Burren. Owner very helpful in suggesting restaurants and things to do.

This B&B was a surprise upon entering. From the outside it looks like a small cottage yet once inside, it becomes this lovely small, intimate B&B with great rooms impeccably decorated. Breakfast the next morning was perfect with many choices for every taste. Upon checking in, Conor gave us reading material for us to peruse and then in the morning...

The Cappabhaile House is ideally located to explore the Burren. Our host, Connor, was a fountain of information on the area and helped us plan a simply fantastic day touring around and visiting many interesting sights plus Irish step dancing in a nearby town that night. Our room was very large. Breakfasts were very good and we were surprised with...
