Stayed here for three nights whilst visiting my father who lives in Youghal. Excellent location slap bang in the middle of town. I don't normally stay in B&B but this was recommended. It's a little dated but full of charm. Phylis is great and really helpful. She even got my wife a hot water bottle because it was pretty cold...

My wife and I stayed here for a night and we're delighted with everything. The house is beautiful, room was spotless and breakfast was yummy! Phyllis is lovely and made us feel right at home. Look no further!

Our stay in Phyllis' stately B&B was a wonderful respite! Our room was nicely decorated, very clean, and welcoming! We enjoyed sitting in the parlor and in the garden, and especially enjoyed the sunny breakfast room and DELICIOUS breakfast with homemade jams and out- of- this- world brown bread! Phyllis and her staff were most welcoming and helpful! Thank you!

We had a warm welcome from Phyllis, she is a really good host. The Roseville Bed & Breakfast is located in the old city-centre and offers secure parking space in the backyard. The room was quite big with a separate bathroom. The only problem was the fact, that there were a lot of guests in the morning using the shower...

As always, the hospitality, accomodation and breakfast at Roseville was faultless when I stayed there with my Mum last week. I would never even consider staying anywhere else when I'm in Youghal visiting my family. Phyllis's wonderful brown bread is the best I've ever tasted and never disapoints! There's nothing negative I can say apart from I don't have the...

A very clean, nicely appointed B&B with a great hostess, Phyllis, who went out of her way to ensure a good night's stay for me and 2 friends. Wonderful breakfast before getting on the road; enclosed parking; nice restaurants nearby; across from the harbor.

We came across Roseville B&B as we cycled through the pretty town of Youghal. It is a peaceful retreat with a beautiful garden hidden behind a high wall right in the middle of town. Better still, Phyllis had a large garden room available which meant we could unload our bikes at the door instead of the usual hassle of lugging...

Roseville has a beautiful, large private garden . . . a perfect place to sit outside and relax. We slept perfectly in the clean, quiet, and comfortable room . . . and Phyllis was so friendly and hospitable. This is a true Irish B&B experience and breakfast was superb.

We stayed at Roseville for a night when our car broke down. The garage owner booked it for us and it was an excellent choice. Mrs. Foley welcomed us warmly and with sympathy and said we could use the sitting room and garden as long as we needed to until the car was ready. The room was very comfortable and...

You just can't find a more welcoming bed and breakfast or hostess in Ireland. Our entire family (mom and dad and adult married children) had the great fortune of staying with Phyllis in her lovely home. Our group included a 3 month old baby whose needs were always anticipated and accommodated by Phyllis without any prompting by us. Breakfasts were...
