We stayed in a family room. It was clean and very big and spacious, however, it is need for modernising. The windows...

Fantastic place with falconry walk, history walk, excellent staff at front desk reception and in the restaurants and quaint bar. Sitting in the drawing room yesterday, drinking a Bloody Mary and eating excellent Irish seafood chowder in front of the fireplace.....heaven.

Courses described on the menu didn't match what came on the plate. Don't charge €26 for a lunch of that standard. You wont get repeat customers. It's catering for the masses so €18-€20 would be more than enough. Chicken and Ham vol u vent was poor. Main courses nothing special/veg bland and unseasoned and if you're describing chocolate brownie with...

We got a nice view of the Shannon estuary as the hotel is situated on a bit of a hill. It is right beside the M18 motorway and just beside Dromoland Castle as well. The owners of...

I am a little behind on my trip advisor reviews but sometimes you stay somewhere that is so good that you have to share… we stayed as a large family group. Our rooms were all comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. We ate in the bar on the first evening and it was exceptionally good and very good value for money....
