2nd time staying at the falls, such a nice hotel - this time we upgraded to an apartment. The apartment was lovely, 2 floors, 2 bed rooms, kitchen and living area with views of the cascades. Wife had a massage in spa and LOVED it. bar staff and reception friendly as always, will be back!!

One of our party had recently broken her ankle so our room was next to the lift. There also was a wheelchair which made life easier for all. It's the little things that impress you. Our room was lovely and spacious with fabulous views of the river and wooded areas. Here you could see a hen taking g her baby...

The Falls hotel is so called because the river Inagh with waterfalls ( cascades) flows past the hotel . It is a gorgeous location with the soothing sound of the water rushing past. The hotel is a stately old house interconnected with a modern extension . The entrance is majestic as you enter through lush green woodlands with donkeys grazing...

We arrived at 7am and they were able to let us into our room so we could get showered and freshened up, huge breakfast, amazing staff, great facilities. The hotel needs a bit of sprucing up, but a wonderful place and great location. Rooms were a nice size. Room 402 had a great space for us and our son. TV...

I stayed as part of a big walking group in the Hotel last weekend. My room number 420 was spotless and had great views. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. On Saturday morning as I passed the housekeeping staff on my way down to breakfast I asked if a blanket could be put on the bed instead of the...

The reception stay was a bit out dated and the hallways were also. The customer service was excellent and food was delicious. We ate at the bar area for dinner and were surprised at how good the food was. The views in the dining area were so were facing the river and it was very nice. Our room was luxurious....

Spent weekend in this hotel for a hen group of 23 girls. Staff were extremely helpful. Great value for the package, B&B plus evening meal in private room for the group. Meal was gorgeous. Rooms very comfy and leisure centre lovely, in particular, the outdoor jacuzzi. Great location as short distance from Lahinch and Cliffs of Moher. Would definitely make...

Had high hopes for our stay based on the beautiful facade of this old stone manor house. Somewhat disappointing. Rooms were huge by European standards, but less than spotless. Cobwebs on the ceiling, soft saggy bed, pancake flat pillows, & windows so dirty it was off putting to look out at the park like setting & the falls nearby. Breakfast...

I recently visited the spa with a couple of friends and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I availed of the special that was on in April which consisted of hand and foot treatments and a beautiful facial and scalp massage. I found this to be totally relaxing especially the beautiful relaxation room with spectacular views. The girls working there were so...
