Thank you to the team at the Holiday Inn. We took two rooms over the Easter weekend and had a wonderful time.
This is a new hotel so everything is spotless. But what really made this stand out was the hotel staff - everyone was friendly and really made us feel welcome. From the advice at check-in to the willingness to get us some milk from a closed kitchen, nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
The hotel is close to the airport so ideal if you are flying in/out. But it’s also placed close to the ring road around Bordeaux which allowed us to get out to the beach at Le Porge, and to quickly get to many of the sites around Bordeaux. It’s a 30 minute Uber to the city centre which is a lot easier than trying to navigate the pedestrian streets and parking in the city.
We had dinner in the restaurant one evening - perfect for what we wanted. Breakfast is comprehensive with plenty of hot and cold options.
Overall, a great choice and we’d love to return. Thank you.

The hotel had only been open for 4 days when we visited. It is elegantly designed, everything is shiny, stylish, well functioning and comfortable. The staff team was welcoming and keen to please. There were few guests but the pool and gym were open, the bar is very well stocked and the food we ate was delicious. As yet the staff seem a little uncertain about fully catering for vegans or gluten-intolerant customers. They did their best but the options were very limited. The pizzas that are available at any hour are not gluten-free. The hotel is family-friendly. Taxis may find the location more challenging to find until it is better known. It is on a brand new road and although it backs onto a forest, some rooms look out onto the surrounding building site. Don’t be put off though: this hotel is great value for money, the staff are delightful and the amenities are very good. It is situated in the Parc Aerospace so very close to the airport.

Short stay for holiday transit..... location to the West of Bordeaux allowed us to start travel next day without hitting the Bordeaux traffic jams.... this part worked out nicely.
Brand new hotel, nice and comfortable rooms.... friendly and efficient check-in. Very good sleeping quality, good beds and quiet rooms.
Disappointing that the restaurant was not open so we had to drive into village to find some food.
Breakfast was ok from choice perspective - coffee was not good.
Overall fair but not great.

My stay here has officially ended my desire to ever stay in a Holiday Inn again. Normally I’m a big fan of this hotel group but I don’t recommend this particular one. Biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning - they don’t turn it on till June - so it was too hot in the rooms with no air movement, I barely slept a wink! It was impossible to open the window as it’s so noisy outside the hotel with the road and the frog pond, plus the flood lights of the opposite building were all too disruptive to allow sleep. Otherwise the room was comfortable, clean and functional so that at least was acceptable. There were issues in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner with items out of stock, toaster not working properly, and wrong orders given so overall I didn’t enjoy my stay here and won’t recommend it.

Very Quiet trading estate despite the airport being across the road . Could do with a sign to find the hotel . Reception staff a-bit hit and miss . Jessica the waitress lacks customer service as if we are a nuisance , abrupt . Swimming pool needs to be warmed was freezing . Bedroom was beautiful with a balcony nothing to much trouble for housekeeping . Would return if in the area

Probably one of the best value for money and pleasant airport hotel I stayed at ! The location in a small business park next to the forest is really relaxing. Rooms are brand new, well appointed and perfectly sound proofed. Restaurant with a short, but convincing, menu is very pleasant with its terrace giving onto the forest and a great selection of Bordeaux wines Great staff as well. Definitely recommended if you need to stay close to Bordeaux Airport.

Room lovely. Clean airy. Bedding/ towels nice and clean and white. Hair dryer provided View from the room was the forest and beautiful.
No other surrounding restaurants so we having been travelling all day decided to eat at the hotel.
Restaurant: limited menu and very little to no ambience Mr had fish and enjoyed. Mrs wanted chicken, but as it’s pre marinaded unable to due to allergies. The rump steak was two small pieces that were sent back as not cooked to the requested “no pink” Fries were over cooked and some leaves. Very poor. Cheeseboard complimentary to compensate.
One big failure : This is a dog friendly hotel, however, there are no bins in which to dispose of Your dogs business.

We had a great stay at this brand new Holiday Inn! Everything is completely spotless, and the rooms are very spacious. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in the restaurant on site. I had a cod dinner and it was sone of the best meals I had in Bordeaux.

This brand new Holiday Inn is beautiful! Euro style bedding and super plush towels. Easy check in. Nice bar and pool. 4 mins from the Bordeaux airport. Air con worked well - quiet - lots of parking. There was a free breakfast but since we had an early flight we missed it.

I stayed here for 1 night with my family. The hotel is clean and modern, easy check in and check out. Nice buffet breakfast, clean pool and facilities. What really stood out for me was the staff in particular Marc Antonine who helped us when we couldnt get a taxi or Uber. He was very helpful and it was very much appreciated. I would recommend the hotel
