There are 2 hotels close to the Airport. Ibis and Bristol. Both are Budget hotels from well known chains, with actual no services but clean rooms. If you expect more from your stay, Hotel Villa Amazônia is the best option.
Manaus Airport has no really good restaurants or shops, but has a modern and spacious structure. You will find some snacks and fastfood options such as Pizza Hut. Its about 25 min far from dowtown by taxi with fixed prices: ~R$75. Uber works as well.
As Villa Amazônia is Anavilhanas's sister hotel, you van drop your bags there on your return to Manaus. Take a walk around the Opera House, have dinner and then take a taxi to the Airport. At the hotel they have a fine restaurant called Fitz Carraldo and there are 2 other good dinning options around.
