Location: it was easy to find the hotel using the Satnav. The hotel is actually quite far from the airport given that it calls itself an airport hotel. Nor does the hotel have an airport shuttle. Check in: fast, friendly and efficient. No complaints at all. Room: we had a room on the second floor (first floor in UK terminology)...

I am utterly disgusted at the lack of service and treatment i recieved at this Hotel, after booking a family room for the sole purpose that we had an early morning Flight, we booked a morning call at 4.30am and a Taxi in our name for 5am. The hotel not only failed to carry out the morning call which meant...

Just returned from a 2 night stay here. Never again would I stay. I'm not at all racist but there were about 30 travellers there all the time we were there and by good you knew all about it. They were so loud and arrogant and demanding. The children completely ran riot screaming through out the hotel. They broke the...

Stayed here for 1 night and it was a great hotel, great facilities and great staff too. Room: the room was very very nice. The room had everything you needed, good TV with good choices of channels, hair dryer (although didn't work), tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries etc. The beds were very comfy and got a great nights sleep. Gym &...

Bog standard chain hotel, comfortable enough though the family rooms are quite a walk from reception! Be aware that the hotel charges for parking, currently £11 overnight, and also WiFi which is a problem as mobile phone signals aren't great in certain areas.

I have stayed here a number of times and am happy to report that this was one of the best stays. The check in was swift and efficient, made easier by getting a ground floor room. As other reviewers have noted, the layout of this hotel is appalling. This time, we had a fairly straightforward journey to our room. The...

My partner and I stayed for one night for an early flight the next morning. The hotel is very good and the rooms are modern, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We booked this through Mystery hotels. Within the price we had the room for one night, free parking for a week and a free taxi to the terminal...

I visited the Marriott Hotel Manchester Airport for a couple of client meetings in March. My clients are high profile sports professionals and the venue was suggested by them as a decent meeting place. When my colleagues and I arrived, the barrier to the car park was up which immediately made me think it must be OK to park whilst...
