We bookended a nice walk to Nicky Nook with bacon butties before, and soup and a sandwich afterwards at The Priory. Good quality food, reasonably priced, staff were very pleasant. Great place to relax. Recommended

Having been to the Priory on so many occasions over the years but just for the fantastic food that is served there, along with my wife we decided to stay in the accommodation part of the priory for four nights, so we could spend time around the Lancashire Fells and the Lake District. Well what a delightful surprise the Room...

Called in just for a quick lunch. We selected the Club Special sandwich, a cheese & ham toastie with aside order of skinny fries. Service was quick and efficient. The sandwich and toastie were served with a lovely side salad and the best beetroot chutney and coleslaw. The chutney was exceptional and totally complemented both sandwiches. The Club was full...

We recently spent the weekend at the priory to celebrate our daughters wedding. Wow what a truly perfect location. The rooms were well equipped and beautifully clean. Julie, Rachel and the team could not do enough for us, from morning bacon sandwiches and coffee to the wedding itself. What a credit to you all. It was a perfect day made...

It was a family members wedding and wow the priory was amazing. The dining room where the wedding was held was beautiful!!! We added a few fairy lights to make it even more special. The staff were great for setting up on the day, setting out the tables for the food and then moving them all out when we had...

Soup and a sandwich for the price of a soup. Very tasty either pea and ham or carrot and parsnip were on offer when we were there. Very good sandwiches especially the club sandwich. Draught beers available as well as tea and coffees. Really delightful place especially if you have just done a walk from Scorton.

The Priory was the venue for our wedding reception in September 2016. We searched for a small intimate wedding venue with character and The Priory fitted the bill perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie and her team and we were given the flexibility to dress the room to our taste. The home cooked food was excellent with a...

Wow ! What can I say? We are a young couple, in our fourties who wanted a small, cosy, sophisticated wedding. From the start Julie, the wedding coordinator, couldn"t have been more helpful and was amazing . I had a clear idea of what I wanted and was given the freedome to arrange this in its entirety. My vision was...

I thought that between myself and my colleagues that we knew of all the fine B&B establishments in the North West so imagine my surprise when I found The Priory at Scorton. Parking was there but it took a bit of finding at the rear of the Inn. The girls were very friendly and I felt at home and when...
