I love this B&B.. so much so that I have stayed twice already & will stay every time I return to Doolin.. Ann is a fantastic host providing wonderful breakfast & hospitality. The rooms are very clean & comfortable. The breakfast is exactly what you need after a session in one of the pubs the night before or to set...

We stayed two nights. We were going to arrive late for our first night so we called Ann and she was very accommodating even through she had a funeral to go to that evening. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as was the view from the breakfast room. McDermott's pub is across the street so we didn't...

This B & B was very cute and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was delicious. The scenery was beautiful around the B & B. It was a short walk to the local pubs and a quick drive to the cliffs of moher.

Love the location of this B&B. A little outside of the town of Doolin (which is very small) but close to the bridge that is bracketed by two different pubs and just a short walk up the road to a fabulous restaurant. Ann worked with us to accommodate our travel dates as we wanted to stay in the area for...

We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was good, too. It is a great location for exploring the nearby area. About 10 minute drive to Cliffs of Moher. Ann and Amy were both very hospitable.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. We were using it as a base to explore Doolin and The Cliffs. We were greeted by Amy who was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us plenty of information and tips for our stay. We were in room 4 which was a nice double room with ensuite. Bed was comfy...

We stayed with Ann for two nights in August, we stayed in the family room and it was perfect for a family of four! Ann's B&B is spotless, fantastic location, exactly what you would hope an Irish B&B would be. Her breakfasts were delicious, the coffee the best ever. Very close to the Cliffs of Moher- so much so we...

We stayed in the family room and it was easily the most comfortable room we stayed during our 1 week trip. Ann was a cordial host and breakfast was excellent. I liked that there was a sitting area where we were able to relax and chat with another guest. Also, the location is excellent as it was a very short...

I stayed only one night here on my recent trip to Ireland. The location is perfect for exploring the Doolin area, and for walking around the town. My single room was large, immaculately clean, and had lovely views from the windows. Breakfast was superb! I hope to return!

Stayed 1 night at the Half Door on a 40th anniversary tour of Ireland with another couple. Anne, our host was gracious and very accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable. Very close to Pubs. And especially close to the Cliffs of Moher. Highly recommend

The Half Door B&B is centrally located within seconds walk of restaurants and pubs famous for traditional Irish music. Converted from The Lazy Lobster restaurant to a contemporary and tastefully decorated B&B in 2008, we still offer the same professional high standard of service and our love of good food carries on in our extensive breakfast menu. We offer en-suite double, twin, and triple rooms plus we have a family suite which consists of two separate rooms with an interconnecting door. Our sun filled lounge is the perfect place to relax and unwind. ... more   less
