The facilities at the jazz hotel in Penang were excellent and contributed to a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights for me was the swimming pool. It was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring the city, and the poolside bar served a variety of refreshing drinks and snacks. Other facilities at the hotel including a spa, offering a range of massages and beauty treatments, as well as a fitness center with a range of cardio and weight-training equipment. Only water heater was an issues otherwise overall was okay

I booked this hotel due to the pool view located on the 30th floor. The pool has a nice view, but unfortunately, another building was just built next to it and did not allow me to see the Beach view. But still worth visiting. Also, I booked a Deluxe one-bedroom suite, and it said: This larger, air-conditioned deluxe one-bedroom suite opens up to views of the city. We arrived late at night after an 8-hour journey. The receptionist was very kind in assisting us, and the bellboy assisted us to our room. We had our breakfast at the main restaurant. The food was good, and the staff was very friendly. Big thanks to all, and I really appreciate the good hospitality service given.

Actually we have booking at evergreen hotel unfortunately the hotel having some issues power supply from TNB .One of the front desk staff wanny recommend us to stay at Jazz Hotel. First i thought Jazz hotel just a 3 star hotel but when we arrive at hotel we are so impressive..the design very unique & staff was very friendly especially their concierge staff(Daniel,Asil & Hanif)big thanks for their service. They make our family holiday amazing with their service & recommended places.. Receptionist also not bad. the room was nice everything look new & clean.. breakfast at 2nd floor & f&b staff was quite nice. overalls this hotel make my family holiday was fun & incredible.This hotel should be 5 star hotel not only for 3 star because of their service,amenities in room,food & everything.i can't list it all down here because of to many things needs to share. Room was nice.. clean with comfort bed and pillow.. upgrade from superior to deluxe.. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials . Welcoming and friendly staff (Can check in time 3PM ). Location is strategic and convenient. A very nice hotel to stay and and good deal too. One of the key amenities that stood out to me was the multi-level car park. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by its cleanliness. Most recommended.

one of the nicest hotel with tip top service. the F&B staff Yu xuan n the team goes extra miles to help give the best service to help serve breakfast for us, concern and caring exceed other 5 star hotel. Uwais also is a kind soul still enthusiastic to help us with luggage in middle of night when check in. the room is definitely nice with good sea view, spacious, sparkling clean n huge bath tub. d pool side has a great night view. keep up the good service.
