One night stay. This is an unplanned trip. We booked the room the day before at a very cheap price that comes with breakfast for 2 persons. It is really worth it! The hotel just an average hotel with nice swimming pool by the sea. The beach area is clean & suitable for family with kids. The food just so-so but it's not a big deal. Overall just OK for me.

If u want to sleep with the sounds of waves then this hotel is your choice. We stayed at a 3 bedroom room which is spacious and comfortable overlooking the south China sea. The bathroom did not have a bath like in the website so very disappointed. The parking space poorly designed and not many spaces for guests. The breakfast was ok. The pool was ok. The room service and restaurant last order was at 6.30 pm so we had to eat dinner elsewhere.

I stayed for 3days2nights and the facilities in the room was not working well. For instance, the air cond was not working well it was not even cold on our first night stay. However, we did a complain at the reception and the technician came over to fix it quite fast also but I only felt air cond the following day. I felt so hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Next, the heater in the bathroom only works for warm water, I was so disappointed that there was no hot water from the heater. This two were the cons from the stay, I just felt worthy only for the view and location.

We booked a room entitled with Super King Deluxe Sea View Room with BATHTUB. We purposely pay higher price to book a bathtub room but the room given is NO BATHTUB at low noisy floor area.

Front desk only repeat "all bathtub room at high floor already occupied, so only can give you that room" and "please complain to your booking platform if you need anything"

Paying extra but having bad experience. Helpless and hopeless to ask for action from front desk.

Although this hotel is by the sea and has a swimming pool it leaves much to be desired. We were there at the beginning of Chinese New year so a lot of Malayan families on holiday. We had a big room with sea view but the place wasn't particularly clean and the décor very tired. You couldn't sit on the balcony. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum and for Westerners not a lot of choice. one morning the only seats available were in the bar /pool area but a/l the tables, floor and stools were covered in bird poo! I told the receptionist, but not sure if anything done.
There was a gate to the beach permanently locked because the steps had collapsed. I was shown the nearest alternative route to the beach down some quite dangerous steps. A shame no one had mended the proper steps.
Our safe was broken and after the hotel tried twice to fix it , my husband succeeded!
Some of the staff spoke English but not many.
There is a great Hawkers market opposite the hotel good to eat there at night and a very pleasant café / restaurant next door.
The bus stop to the Town and National park is close by and the hotel run a free shuttle into town but not back. We got the bus back , very economical.
We weren't very impressed with this hotel .

I stayed 3D2N at deluxe room with my husband & 2kids. The room is well equipped with mini fridge, kettle, smart TV, hair dryer & plenty of wall plug. The room is quite big & comfy. Also free flow of hot & cold water drinks available just outside door.
Hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. No complain from me.

The pool is great! Kids love it!
And the beach is beyond amazing. Sand is smoother, no rocks compare to batu feringgi beach. Ocean water is warm. Best part the beach is still shady under the hot sun because there were tall hotel around. We played on the beach from morning to dawn, and yet no sunburn at ALL!!
Will definitely stay here again for our next trip ahead..

The receptionist was not friendly at all. My room had the view of the bay. The room was absolutely filthy. The telephone was not working. There were no glasses to drink water. The safe was broken. Approached reception they could not fix it. This booking was done by booking.com who have not revealed the state of the hotel which is totally disappointing . Breakfast was a total disaster because they do not cater for vegetarian , how sad. I checked out the next day. This hotel should be revamped

Worst ramadhan buffet ever!
This hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They deserved 0 star. You paid rm65 for nothing. You don’t get to eat anything. all of the food already finished before buka puasa time. All the food stall like kuey teow satay laksa ais kacang already finished before buka puasa. Same goes to dessert and main course such as rice also finished before buka puasa. Very poor service don’t even have manager to handle the issue. I reserved 8 people and only received 4 people table a very small table. If you guys want to eat buffet better go to other place please don’t waste your time and money here. you will regret it! The chicken doesn’t cooked properly you can still see the blood on the chicken. The food all left over and we don’t have any choice but to eat left over. Only rice and kuah don't have like chicken or daging to eat! At first I thought they gonna refill the food but in the end they don't even refill the food. Car park also one of the issue!!!!!

Hotel is in dire need of upgrading overall, we stayed in room 813, and that was absolutely shocking. First impressions were not positive when we got out of the lift and the state of the carpet in the hallway was poor, but we put that down to it being a high traffic area.
Room was beyond basic, bed was rock hard, shower strength was too limited to wash my hair (at least the water was warm) and the towels were wafer thin and grey from overuse and poor washing. Got to admit I didn’t look under the bed, was too scared of what I might find.
Tables and chairs in restaurant are more reminiscent of a school cafeteria than of a restaurant in a hotel, and don’t get me started on the breakfast.
Overall very different to the photos shown on the website.
