It's an over - used term but in this case it's accurate. This is a gorgeous property with staff who seem to really care about the quality of the guest's stay. Don't miss getting a Thai massage here. After having wonderful Thai massages all over the country I can say without hesitation that the therapist arranged by the hotel was...

We wanted someplace special to stay during our journey from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai and as soon as I saw pictures of Suanthip I knew this was the place! The property is absolutely stunning. Nestled into the forest surrounded by the sounds of nature and offering sweeping views of the neighboring mountains-just, beyond impressive. We received such a warm...

Tranquility in the hills between Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. We booked two rooms for one night. A villa and a dulux room. The villa was nestled on the side of a valley with views over the small muddy river and plantations in the distance. The dulux room had a large outdoor balcony overlooking the large still pool. I went...

While the rooms are large they are dated and simply decorated. The views are lovely though onto the pool and the resort itself has a serene calm and quiet to it. We loved the food particularly the green mango salad (best ever!). The Thai massage is fantastic and very reasonable prices that you'd expect from this region. We only stayed...

A great get away about an hours drive from Chiang Rai. Tranquil retreat after a long day of sight seeing in the area. Amazing food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Spacious villas with sit outs.

Peaceful fantastic bliss. We stayed in Villa 4 all aspects of our time were wonderful. The serenity will be with us for a long time to come. Transport there was easy with a local taxi from Chiang Rai 1200 bt and then taxi to Chiang Mai 1600 bt Reception called to book these. Wonderful place to stay in nature.

We stayed at Suanthip Vana for six nights, the resort arranged a transfer from Chiang Rai airport for the 1.5 hour drive south and our subsequent transfer to Chiang Mai. We booked a villa overlooking the valley and river and it was a perfect peaceful place to relax, there were very few other guests in the hotel at the time...

We stayed at prakakayo villa, the view was so peaceful and the weather was perfect though raining. The room facilities are superb compare to the cost. There's outdoor bath which help made our vacation very fun because it's very cold. My kid like the view there, also the local food served at the restaurant.

We had two bungalows for 3 nights in late July and enjoyed our time there. This is fairly remote location with very little to do in the immediate vicinity - nice if you want a quiet, relaxing environment but if you want to shop or to eat somewhere besides their restaurant or shop, you need to have a car or...

We stayed two nights at this beautiful well maintained resort. We were the only guests there, but that just meant we had the lovely pool all to ourselves. The room was great, a large double bed and a pull out sofa bed which the kids loved (4 and 2 years old). A really good sized balcony. we didnt have one,...
