The best thing about the hotel are definitely the pool and a fantastic tropical garden, well-kept, and the fact that they are facing the sea. On the other hand the rooms are dated and definitely not treated so before to choose ask to see more than one and make sure that everything is in order.   Really nogood kitchen (but...

From the moment we got there I wish we walked out, but we'd prebooked 2 nights online (big mistake). This place is extremely run down, the rooms were dirty, the bathroom is falling apart and mouldy, the staff are terrible & rude. I could write so many bad things here, but just do yourself a favour, and look elsewhere!!!

We were lucky to stay here only for one night. The resort is not even more a one star hotel, everything is dirty and old. The resort is really abandoned to itself. Staff at desk is not kind and obliged us to pay in cash. Staff is always trying to sell you something with highest prices with respect to the...

Good location but that's it, everything else was poor. Dirty bathroom (which was outside and mouldy), creaky beds, no mosquito nets, filthy fridge and a door that took an age to properly lock. Yes it's cheap but it sure isn't cheerful. Don't stay there.

The hotel is located right opposite to a beach in Kuta, but it is not a nice beach so I would not recommend going there for swimming or even sunbathing. There are many nicer beaches around like Selong or Mawan, but you'd need to get a taxi or a scooter to get there. The hotel would need a good clean...

Cannot recommend this place at all. Dirty, and obviously in need for a massive renovation. The open air bathroom was falling apart and had lots of animals at night. As we wanted a quick dinner after mount rinjani tracking half of the things we wanted were not available. We had to go somewhere else. Breakfast was also one of the...

We spent there 2days. There seemed to be nearly no other guests, we felt lonely. A huge nice area, good pool and directly at the beach. They didn't clean our room and the bathroom should be renovated. AirCon was working well, towels were dirty. For a hotel the breakfast was really disappointing. Could be nicer, it's a middle to lower class...

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night, February 2015. When you arrive, looks beautiful as the garden is really well maintained. Gorgeous, no doubt. The rooms are very basic, maybe they were good 20 years ago, never renovated. The swimming pool is not appealing, I went in and immediately out/ arrg. The mattresses from sun beds are all...

We had to stay a night in Lombok to catch a flight back to Bali due to weather condition. Not a place to recommend unless you plan for a beach getaway where the facilities don't matter much. It has the basic necessity but for traveller who wants more than you wouldn't enjoy the stay. Towels not fresh, quite old. Toilet...

“the best room is the Garuda Suite, but it is not the same as it shown in the internet. The picture is dated from 5 years ago or more.”

“We were in 102 which was the closest to the beach. The pool is a long way away from any room, so no night noise. But, the many dogs in Kuta seem to enjoy have howling sessions at night. The Mosque nearby does its loudspeaker thing quite regularily, but it sort of adds to the Kuta experience. As with the Indah, This hotel tends to be used by the surfers and there is not a lot else to do.”
