Originally we only booked for 2 nights but extended for a week. This B&B is highly recommended in so many aspects really from the lovely host Greta, nice room, neat and tidy and fresh towels everyday. Breakfast is just superb!!!

After leaving Dublin, we headed to the Bungalow Farmhouse B&B in Kilkenny. It was a very rainy day and we did not arrive until about 5:30. The owner took us down the lane to stay at another house since she was very crowded with guests. Not exactly what we were expecting, but our room was very comfortable and the owners... More

This is a proper working farm, with sheep, cattle, horses, cats and dogs. The accommodation is separate from the farm house so you have your independence. Our second visit was as good as before. Nice pretty comfortable rooms. Tea and scones on arrival. A sitting room with TV. Friendly Greta who provides the best breakfast ever. Why do so many... More

We enjoyed staying with Greta and getting to meet her dogs, cats, horses, and even her grandchildren in a peaceful and charming country environment. She was very helpful. The breakfast was great too. The room was a little too small, but otherwise everything was fine.

Room was very clean and we were provided fresh drinking water whenever we came back to it (very much appreciated!), dogs were adorable, and Greta was very sweet! Coming back from town each time, it was a treat to drive by the farm animals. The highlight of this B & B though, was by far the breakfast. The first day... More

We had a lovely stay at this B and B. Greta welcomed us with open arms and offered us coffee and tea upon arrival. Breakfast we both had French toast which was extremely delicious. The beds were comfortable and we were able to get a good nights rest.

Bed and breakfast was very nice. Must like dogs though because they will greet you right away. Greta the hostess was as helpful as can be. It was a ways from Kilkenny center which was fine with us. Went and spent the day and then came back. Very comfortable place

A little surprised at the distance. So we drove into Kilkenny, spent the entire day there, had dinner, then checked in late. Greta had no problem, just as long as we called ahead. And she served up a wonderful breakfast! Beautiful location

We met Donald and Alison in Doolin and they told us about Greta's B&B. We did not have time to tour the farm, but saw the horses and played a minute with the dogs! Comfortable and spotless, the Bungalow Farmhouse served up delicious homemade yogurt, cheeses, breads, and scones (the best)! Great coffee, too.
